rental provider along Scenic Highway 30A corridor. Marketing is all at our expense, except for TA
& OTA commissions.

  • We have partnered with popular vacation-oriented Internet sites for advertisement and click through features to our website. To list a few: VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, FlipKey, BookDirect, Exclusive Getaways, ClearStay, Google Travel, etc
  • Each house is individually featured on a separate page and is represented by professional photographs and descriptions.
  • Throughout the year we offer specials and features through email marketing and direct mail from our expansive email database of over 50,000 unique email addresses.
  • Our state-of-the-art website is attractive, easy to navigate, and mobile responsive.
  • Our social media (SMO) program includes Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest & Vimeo.
  • Through our public relations firm, we will host travel writer trips. These will only take place during off and shoulder seasons.
