Encircled by charming brick sidewalks and flanked by mature trees, Deauville Cottage stands regally amongst the quaint, laidback coastal village of Rosemary Beach. Dappled sunlight illuminates the classic front facade and highlights the elegant porches and six bright yellow bicycles lined up outside. With four spacious bedrooms, a courtyard with a cerulean-blue cabana pool, and a picture-perfect location steps away from the shore, Deauville Cottage evokes the feeling of a graceful European villa and creates the ideal space for your next seaside escape.

The expansive great room is airy and bright on the main level, with crisp white shiplap walls and intricate, bleached wood floors. A formal dining space with seating for 10 sits next to a convenient service bar with a SubZero wine cooler and an ice maker. In the living space, you’ll find a plush sofa and three armchairs, all upholstered in soothing neutral tones and lovely coastal-inspired pastels, facing a large HDTV ideal for family movie nights.

In the kitchen, an ample marble-topped island has barstool seating for four and a deep, double sink. This chef-inspired space is anchored by a 36” Wolf gas range that’s topped with a matching professional hood. Additional premium appliances include a SubZero refrigerator, an Asko dishwasher, and a Sharp microwave drawer. Extras like a Keurig coffee maker, double waffle maker, and a high-end blender ensure that everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Three bedrooms suites are located one flight up, where you’ll find a petite butler's pantry on the landing with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The primary bedroom suite has an elegant king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, access to the sunny outdoor terrace, and an opulent ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The other two guest bedroom suites also each include a luxe king-size bed, an attached full bathroom, and a door leading out to lovely outdoor lounge spaces. Also, there’s a laundry nook hidden behind custom barn doors on this floor.

You can climb one more flight of stairs to the bunk loft, which includes four built-in, full-size bunk beds surrounding a cozy seating area. This friendly space also boasts its own private bathroom, which includes a double vanity, a step-in shower tiled in a lovely sea glass-inspired hue, and tree-top views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Located only a few short blocks from the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this captivating Rosemary Beach home will also place you close to local dining, entertainment, and shopping. You’ll be within easy walking distance from nearly everything but have the option to peddle around on one of the six provided bicycles as well.

Just so you know, there is a separate carriage house (guest property above the garage) at this property that can be rented together or separately. Guests of Deauville Cottage do not share the courtyard area, pool, or outdoor kitchen with guests of Deauville Carriage House.

Overall great and would love to stay there again! The only thing I might suggest is that the shower in the middle bathroom on second floor might could use a frosting on the window so you can't see out/people can't see in. Otherwise great!

We had such a fabulous time staying at this beautiful, well-appointed house. It completely suited our needs as a large family. The location was perfect for us – just a block away from the beach (<5 min walk), which was important when going with the kids and bringing all of our sand toys, books, snacks and drinks. The convenience meant we were down at the beach every day – during the day and also just to catch the sunset. The location was also great, as it was not far off the 30A turn off on a quiet road, so we didn’t get caught up in the traffic snarls towards the town centre. This meant for easy in and out to go to shops, restaurants and make grocery runs. We also greatly appreciated the many thoughtful details – gorgeous décor, beautiful linens, plenty of towels, private plunge pool, separate wine and beverage fridge and icemaker, plus every appliance and dishware we needed for our family meals in the large open kitchen/great room. We could seat all of us comfortably and even another family that joined us for dinner one evening. As well, we all loved our individual ensuite bathrooms and patios for privacy and enjoying quiet time for each of us too. Beyond returning with our family, I definitely plan to return with my friends for our upcoming ladies’ getaway this fall. I can imagine that this would be an ideal place for all of us to enjoy some meals and drinks together, quick jaunts out to cafes, bike rides and convenient, relaxing days at the beach. Thank you!

Overall

We just got home from our first time staying in Rosemary Beach. We loved staying at the Deauville cottage, it is even more beautiful than the pictures do it justice. Everything in the home has been kept impeccable, all the appliances, pots and pans, etc are all top of the line. The beds were so comfortable, and so were the pillows. My only complaint (which has nothing to do with the house itself) was the lack of a pack n play, for the price we are paying per night the company should be able to provide a pack n play. Also, I wish they would provide nice toilet paper and paper towels, and more than 1 beach and pool key card. We were always having to run back and forth to let people in or out and if people in our party wanted to go to separate places we couldn’t since we only had one pass. Lastly, I wish the company would have let us know that people would be working on the carriage house and garage, we had to move our car out of the garage and their wasn’t anywhere to park it near by, plus having people working in the back area kinda ruined the whole having your own pool thing. But as I said, that had nothing to do with the house— the house was amazing and we will be back to stay again!
