Description

Polished and dazzling with a crisp minimalist style, Grayton Gold is a brand new luxury beach home with space for sixteen friends and family. With a private dip pool and effortless beach access, you’ll also experience magical sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the five bedrooms offers total privacy and peace, a golf cart, and bicycles that are included will help you get around easily to local restaurants and shops.

On the ground level, the first bedroom features a king-size bed set between two mirrored side tables. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a spa-like step-in shower. Down the hallway lies the laundry room that includes two high-efficiency washers and two dryers. Outside on the covered lanai, an outdoor living area has comfy furnishings and a mounted HDTV. There’s also a full-size outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. The crystal clear dip pool is ideal for cooling off after a hot day at the beach.

Up the staircase are four chic bedroom suites. The first suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, an ocean-view balcony, and an HDTV. In the spacious ensuite bathroom, a double vanity, freestanding tub, and step-in shower sit on gleaming slabs of Carrera marble. Down the hall, a cozy bunk room features three twin-over-twin-size built-in bunks (six beds total). The next bedroom has a queen over queen bunkbed and an HDTV. The final bedroom includes a comfy king-size bed, HDTV, and doors leading out to a private, sun-kissed balcony.

Up one more level are the open living and dining area, with soaring vaulted ceilings and crisp white shiplap. A slipcovered sectional sofa and armchair face the mounted HDTV and create an elegant yet completely relaxed space to kick back with a great movie in the evening. Nearby, the formal, farmhouse-style dining table has seating for eight and is illuminated by a unique, artistic chandelier. Outside through the glass doors is a covered balcony with a bird’s eye view of the neighborhood. A spiral staircase leads up to the sun-drenched, top-floor lookout with gorgeous ocean views.

In the kitchen, bright white cabinets and countertops create a clean and efficient space to brew the coffee or flip some fresh banana pancakes in the morning. Premier appliances include a Wolf gas range and vent hood, a Sub-Zero glass door refrigerator, Wolf Microwave and two Cove dishwashers. Your crew will love to gather around the spacious island while nibbling on appetizers or sipping happy hour cocktails before dinner.

Located only a few steps away from the sugary white sand, Grayton Gold is nestled in a peaceful, laid-back luxury beachfront community. You’ll be close to several local restaurants and shops while only being a quick stroll away from the rolling turquoise waves and gentle offshore breezes of gorgeous Grayton Beach. We really enjoyed our stay here at Grayton Gold. Beautiful house with lots and space and fantastic beach views. We had a few maintenance items that needed attention at the start of our stay but the property management team had someone out to fix these in no time. Just top notch service. We will definitely returning to stay here next year.

Grayton Gold was a great house for my family. Convenient 5-minute walk to the beach, and with beautiful gulf & sunset views from the top floor deck. The bedrooms were super comfortable, the bathrooms very luxurious, and a gourmet kitchen with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff at 30A Luxury Vacation were very attentive and responded quickly to an issue with the golf cart. Would definitely rent this house again and have a high trust level with the staff at 30A Luxury Vacations who were always quick to respond to every question.

The home is fabulous with everything you could ever need or want in a beach home (except for pot holders- lol). The views are really great!! The walk to the beach is not bad. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart, beach chairs, & bikes!! Only negative, and not the fault of the mgt company or owners, was the tea-colored water that Grayton Beach had during our entire stay. The recent storms caused tannins to seep from the water inlets that are on either side of Grayton’s beach. This made the water look murky even though we were told it was safe to swim. Luckily, we utilized the golf cart to make the 8-10 minute drive over to Blue Mtn Public beach . This water was incredibly clear despite Gratyton’s ice tea-colored water. As lovely and well-appointed as this home is, I would not stay here due to the beach in the future. Also, need to give a BIG shout out to the Mgt Company- they are super responsive and remedied the few minor issues we had very quickly! We will definitely use them again!

Ultimate Beach Vacation Home

Absolutely stunning home even better than the pictures. Perfect location less than a 3 min walk to the beach and into the small town of Grayton Beach, and only about a 10 min bike ride to seaside/watercolor. Loved every minute. Spacious enough for our group of 13 and great views of the ocean from the top deck. Master bathroom was like a luxurious hotel. Would come back in a heartbeat, maybe the nicest beach rental home we’ve ever rented!

What a great home. This is luxury. Everything felt brand new. A very short walk to the beach. Very spacious - big bedrooms and bathrooms. We never felt cramped. I highly recommend watching the sunset on the 4th floor balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and two dishwashers. We will definitely come back.

We loved staying at Grayton Gold. The house is beautiful, the sunset views are amazing, the kitchen was high end, fully stocked and then some. Tons of space and great outdoor areas as well. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely book again.

Our immediate family of 16 spent the week of Thanksgiving in a wonderful property managed by 30A. It met our expectations, and then some. The response to what few needs we had was outstanding, with courteous and attentive service. The house was what we saw in the pictures, with great access to the beach area and just the room and layout we needed for our entire group. The kitchen and living room area was obviously designed for groups of our size and the cooking and food storage areas were great. Our entire group left feeling like it was a great trip at a great house.

Great Rental Unit! Close to the Beach. Played golf two days at Whispering Pines. Nice public course for the money. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous home for our group! The kitchen is amazing and is a cook's dream. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Outside seating areas all have beautiful furniture and great views of the ocean. Golf cart and bikes are fun to ride to city or beach. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

We have been going to the 30A area a few times a year for the last 20 years. In the past, we have stayed in Grayton, Seaside(mostly), Old Seagrove, and Rosemary. This is in the top 2 of our favorite places. This home has it all and they did not hold back. The appliances are top grade. The beds are dreamy. The views are spectacular. Having the golf cart made it super easy for getting to the beach as well as other places on 30A. This is definitely a 5-star property. We would stay here every time we come in town! Oh, and the management company is super easy to work with and goes above and beyond!
