This was our fourth time to stay at 11E. It's perfect for us. Location of condo is nestled away from crowds of the ever popular Rosemary Beach. Location is ideal as there are shops and restaurants a block away. Beach access is easy (steps and ramp). The condo is upscale, beds most comfortable, kitchen utensils are ample. We appreciate that the place is always uber-clean and scent-free. Just relax, enjoy the view, and listen to the waves.

Location is perfect. Right across the street from the Seacrest Beach town square. Right down the street (so close, walkable with little kids) to the Rosemary restaurants, and walkable to Alys beach restaurants.
Beach is right outside the back door, and pool is right outside the front door. Crabby Steve’s Beach restaurant right there is super convenient. The pool is wonderful. Everything was convenient and perfect esp if you have little kids. The property folks made everything simple and always there to answer any questions. The property itself was clean and very nice. This was our third family trip to the area and we all agreed this was by far our favorite. Truly a wonderful experience.

Well cleaned and nicely decorated home. Hard to beat this location because of beach front location and walking distance to local shops. The only thing that could have made this stay better was more privacy on patio.

The condo was beautiful! Location was perfect. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. We were within walking distance to many great stores and restaurants. We loved it!

This is a great condo. We needed ground floor access, which it provides. But, we found much more. It is upscale appointed/decorated with a wonderful attention to details. The floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors bring the outside in. Great beds, clean, well supplied. Do bring any seasonings you might want to use, but Goatfeathers and Publix are near. We hope to return. Also, we found the property management extremely responsive.

Is was a nice job; the overall experience was a pleasant one.
The only minor issue was the remote which required a PHD. In electrical engineering. Why would you put such a sophistscaded item in a rental unit?

The two full size beds in third bedroom are in awful condition. One of the kings I was told squeaked and made noises, getting in and out of. I would recommend
High Pointe but not this unit .. only because of bedding

We loved this beautiful property. So convenient to the beach, walking to Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. We never got in the car after we arrived. Having the 4 beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus. Awesome pool area! Easy walk from condo to the beach.

Great all around stay! Place was clean, all staff was helpful even helping us find our portable speaker left behind, answered quickly to questions via text, polite and very informative on check in and out. Had an issue w the sliding glass door which was immediately tended to but owners need to look into fixing the issue of difficulty to open the door. Highly recommend!

Cant beat the views of this condo - breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of linens and they were new and clean. Condo was very clean and convenient. Having access to Crabby Steve's was a great bonus. The pool was also very clean - just very cold - wish it were heated. We couldnt use the pool during our April trip bc it was just too cold. High Point is a great location - walkable to everything in Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys. Would definitely recommend! We had a few mishaps happen in the condo, and all we had to do was send a quick text message and maintenance/housekeeping was immediately available.

11E is a wonderful unit with exceptional views! We had enough room for our party of 8. The location of the unit on the High Pointe property is wonderful if you enjoy an amazing ocean view and privacy from the hustle and bustle. We loved having a full restaurant on the property (Crabby Steve's) and the pool for a break from the beach. The chairs/umbrella and bikes are also a nice touch, with having them built in to the rental price. And we loved that they were set up in the same general area each day. The unit was large but could use a little refreshing. But overall we were happy with it, the property and the overall value of our vacation for what got! Would go back.

We enjoyed our time at Rosemary beach and the views from our unit were exceptional. However, we are not likely to rent this unit again. Unit was very worn and one of the beds was so old and creaky no one could sleep in it. We had closet doors that did not work, cabinets were very nicked up and AC unit was so loud it woke us up at night.

This was a great property with amazing ocean views. We had a great time there, but our only issue was the beach chairs advertised were not available until after our month long stay ended. Cleaning could have been better, but property and condo unit very nice.

This location can’t be beat! The condo was beautiful with plenty of seating for the whole family during movie nights. The beach was perfect and not crowded! Just across the street is shopping and restaurants-we walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute! We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at High Pointe was excellent. Steps to the beach and pool were an added bonus plus the view of the water was wonderful! The condo was very spacious and comfortable.

Rosemary Beach has beautiful homes to rent. This was our first condo. 11E is a spectacular change from multi level homes. This 1st floor corner semi private condo has a beach front view and back patio that lets you enjoy a coffee at sunrise and an evening cocktail at sunset. The ability to open up the living room doors and feel the gulf breeze while you cook dinner in a kitchen with every thing you need was a giant plus. The dinning table lets everyone gather around to eat and enjoy the view. Sonos music system and smart TVs let you play music which the kids loved. The giant kitchen island is a great gathering spot in the morning and afternoon for margaritas. Three great rooms with bathrooms in each... 6 Bikes, giant pool and hot tub for after the beach, reserved beach chairs, and Sneaky Petes just around the walkway for a quick bite and beer.

Stayed in a very nice beach front condo. Amenities were wonderful. The rental agents were extremely helpful. Will use 30aluxury rentals again.
