Description

High style and great taste combine to make Julia’s Cottage one of the hippest and most fun homes on the park side of Rosemary Beach. Completely renovated in 2019/2020, this four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath stunner is ready for your best-ever vacation with family and friends.

Reminiscent of a casita on the Moroccan seaside, the home’s landmark pointed arches frame a wraparound first-floor porch, where you can relax with a cocktail while walkers and bikers pass by the beach boardwalk adjacent to this home.

The newly expanded interior, designed by nationally acclaimed Erika McPherson Powell of Urban Grace Interiors, exudes magazine-worthy luxury and comfort.

Julia’s open concept living room is furnished with a double chaise sofa, a couch and six chairs/stools surrounding an expansive coffee table and 65” flat screen TV. Play cards, relax or work on a puzzle while you watch football!

The gorgeous chefs’ kitchen is every cook’s dream with a Viking range/stove, bacon grill and Sub Zero refrigerator. Just outside the kitchen is a brand new Weber Genesis II gas grill. Dine inside at the table or al fresco under the pergola!

The first floor bunk room, featuring four full beds this room is sure to delight children from ages 2 to 102. Surrounded by whimsical but sophisticated fish wallpaper, giving the bunk room a cozy and fun underwater feel. The bunk bathroom features full bathroom just outside the room.

Rounding out the first floor is a scullery that connects to the kitchen via a “hidden” door. There you will find a mudroom with ample storage, new large capacity washer and dryer, pantry and a powder bathroom.

On the second floor, three bedrooms with extra comfortable king size beds feature en suite baths.

The first master suite has a generously sized dual head shower and double sink vanity; a second master suite is a brand new addition to the house and features large windows that fill the room with light and sunshine.

A third bedroom — also with a king bed — has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Each room has its own entertainment center, complete with a television and cable TV. A wraparound second-floor deck is accessible by two of the bedrooms.

Julia's Cottage is located a short walk from the St. Augustine Green, Butterfly Park and the Cabana Pool. Need a little more space? Check out the Julia Carriage House, located above the garage in the courtyard. Rents separately.

Julia's Cottage was perfect for our family. This is a beautiful property! Loved the outdoor spaces for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Comfortable open living area. Proximity to the square made for easy walking to shops and restaurants but far enough away to avoid noise from the many weekend events.
30aluxury vacations never disappoints. Always attentive and properties are fantastic.

Every contact with 30A rentals was so positive and helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful and just a block from the town square and maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor areas and the comfortable, high quality furnishings and beds. Such a quaint, walkable community. Hope to be back every year!

This was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach and it was a great vacation. I did not realize how perfectly located our rental house was to the town square when we chose to stay in Julia’s Cottage. Not only was our rental beautiful and clean, but also one block from the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect house for 2 families to stay comfortably. I would definitely rent this house again when we return.

You will love this newly redesigned Rosemary Beach gem. The design is gorgeous, and they really did an amazing job with it. We loved the management company, and they think of everything and take care of any issue right away. Top-notch property and service.

Our first time and will definitely be back. This house was perfect for our group. Our young kids did so well in the built in bunk beds and the other beds were very comfortable. The house was as described. We especially loved how close to the square this property was, so easy to walk to dinner. The only thing that wasn’t great were the bikes. We rented bike trailers thinking we would bike down to the beach and the rental company hooked it up to a bike with a broken seat. They were able to fix it though it took a day. My only suggestion is nicer bikes be provided, but everything with the actual house was fantastic so would still highly consider renting here again for our next trip.

We loved staying at Julia’s cottage. The location was perfect— being so so close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach was so easy! The house was decorated beautifully and the bunk room was perfect for our rowdy teens. The big front porch was the cherry on top— it was the best spot to enjoy our coffee and/or cocktail on every day! Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Julia's Cottage was great all around. Location was perfect; so close to the main part of town which was good since we had no car. The house was clean, organized and well appointed. Additional porch furniture on the upstairs deck would have been nice, but we probably only thought of that because it rained the entire time we were there. Beautiful property.
