Venture to the heart of Old Seagrove Beach for some R&R at the Patience Cottage, located in the gated community, Sea Turtle. This newly built home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a private pool, & beautiful gulf views from 3 of the 5 bedrooms! Professionally decorated, the Patience Cottage has no shortage of attention to detail. The modern interior décor adds an element of elegance & sophistication to this rental. From the wire brushed, Hickory Wood flooring to the Marble & Pecky Cypress accents throughout, this whole property accentuates luxury.

The Patience Cottage offers a reverse floor plan, with the kitchen & master suite on the 2nd floor, both with breathtaking gulf views. The main features of the master suite are arguably the ocean views and King bed. But, some may view the magnificent master bath as the main feature of this space. The master bath showcases marble flooring, a large soaking tub, separate shower with 2 showerheads and built-in bench, as well as a private toilet room & double vanities, also made from marble. Whip up dinner while visiting with the group, while catching up on your favorite show, or while simply gazing at the ocean through the window. Utilize top of the line appliances and a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy everyone’s dinner requests. The dining table has seating for up to 8 guests, with additional breakfast bar seating for 4. The living room has an L shaped couch, 2 reading chairs, and 60” flat screen TV. Sonos is wired to the kitchen, 1st & 2nd-floor living rooms, master bath, as well as the back patio/pool area.

At the top of the 3rd-floor staircase awaits two guest bedrooms, each complete with Queen bed, flat screen TV, & more stunning gulf views. These guest bedrooms share a large, full bath with double vanities and a dreamy glass shower with 2 showerheads & custom tile work. On the 1st floor, there are 2 more guest bedrooms, as well as a second living room with another large flat screen TV. The bunkroom is furnished with 2 sets of bunks, both with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the top. The bunkroom shares the full hall bath off the living room. The other guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has a full, private bath. The laundry room is next to the door leading to the pool patio.

The covered 2nd-floor balcony stretches across the entire gulf side of the house, sharing a wall of windows with the living room, dining room, and kitchen! Whether it’s rain or shine, it’s a great spot to smell the ocean air & watch the waves roll in. The balcony overlooks the private pool, optional heating available, and is furnished with an outdoor dining table and 2 additional lounge chairs. The whole backyard is fenced in with a lush grass area to the side of the pool. A contemporary outdoor spiral staircase leads from the pool deck up to the 2nd-floor balcony, making it easy to run up for quick refreshments from the kitchen.

Enjoy private beach access less than 200 feet away! The water is a short 1-2 minute stroll from the front door. The Patience Cottage also comes with 4 complimentary adult beach cruisers.

We had a wonderful experience with 30A Luxury Vacations. When we arrived the house was spotless. The only issue we had during the whole week was the air on the second floor wasn’t working properly. I contacted the rental company and they had a technician out to fix the problem within an hour and a half. I would definitely rent with them again.

We had a wonderful time at Patience Cottage. It is beautifully designed and it's location to the beach is perfect. You feel secluded in the small gated neighborhood. The beach was not wall to wall people like it can be on 30A and this was on Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to returning!

We had a great week! Fun, relaxing time for the grandparents, parents and grandkids. House has a great location, and the grandkids loved the pool as much as the beach! The few maintenance issues that came up were handled immediately.

Overall, out week at the Patience Cottage was fabulous. There were a couple of suggestions that I made in an email to the property managers. Let me know if you did not get them. 30A has become incredibly crowded so we did not stray too far from home. We picked up seafood at Buddy's one night which was amazing.We also discovered the Perfect Pig which was within walking distance of the house. The lunch and dinner we had there were fabulous and surprisingly not crowded. We did have a snake in the pool one day which was very exciting! Let me know if you have any questions about the suggestions I sent over but again ... the house was great!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home with a beautiful view, great location and an incredible staff. They went above and beyond and helped after hours too. Very very impressed with their customer service and friendliness. The beach is private and much less crowded than nearby areas. After walking the beach we were always glad to get back to our peaceful area. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Loved the big kitchen with a view while you cook and eating outside with the ocean view and sound of the waves.

Only recommendations would be more king size beds and a more thorough cleaning.

We had such an amazing experience staying in this property. The owner thought of everything to truly build a luxury beach house. The whole home sonos audio was wonderful, the beds were so comfy, the TV and sonos soundbar by the heated pool was the coolest thing ever. The management company, 30A Luxury Vacations, went above and beyond for us by proactively asking what they could help set up for us for our stay, which was a first. They assisted us with a Bonfire one night and a private chef another. We never would have thought of those and it truly made the experience that much nicer. The owner of the company, as well as his staff, even called and checked in on us during our stay with was another first. We cannot wait to stay at Patience Cottage again and will only be using 30A Luxury Vacations going forward. Thank you to Chris and his team for making this a magical vacation for our family!!

From the moment you enter the second floor main room and master you will be so glad you made the choice to stay in this luxurious home. The beautiful ocean view off the back deck coupled with the ocean breeze and sound of the waves was my favorite. The neighborhood is quiet and small with the perfect place for kids to ride bikes. The walk to the beach is super quick. Make sure to take one long soak in the palatial master tub! Loved the Sonos sound system and the family room song list! Will definitely be back! Thanks for the efficient and quick communication back and forth when we had questions!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this property so very much and can not wait to come back soon. The home is beautiful and extemely well appointed. The management company was extrememly easy to work with and helpfull. We only has one small issue, that was actually our fault, during the week and they took care of it within minutes. I love their mobile app and the reminders they send with all they info you need and more about the property and the area. We'll definitlay be staying here again and highly recommend this property and 30A Luxury Vacations.

The home was well appointed and well stocked for our stay. We had 13 people / three families and the layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everyrhing needed to cook/bbq. The only drawback was the late check in and no difinitive time for check in other than we would receive a text after 4:00 letting us know when it was ready.

Patience Cottage is a beautiful home!! It was perfect for our large family of ten. We had great views of the gulf on the covered deck and were able to enjoy the sea breeze there too. It was a mere two minute walk to the beach which on a holiday weekend was not overly crowded. Everything we needed was provided and it was a pleasure to cook in such a well equipped kitchen.When we chose to dine out there are many choices within a short drive. Beds were very comfortable, showers were roomy, and the furniture was ample for our large group. We couldn't have found a better property and the management was most helpful. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

We have been coming to Destin for over twenty years. In that time we have probably used over eight different rental companies. This was by far the best house and rental company we have used. Patience Cottage is a beautiful house situated in a great location. You can walk or ride your bikes to restaurants. Beach views and breezes. Plenty of room for fourteen people. A gourmet kitchen to prepare meals. 30A Luxury Vacations were great to work with and would not hesitate to rent from them again. It was a great week at Destin with an engagement at the end. Can’t beat that!

A truly beautiful home and the location can’t be beat. Our family had a great time and would return in a heartbeat. The only negative is for a house this size and the fact the kitchen is on the second floor, there REALLY should be an elevator. Can’t wait to return.
