This is our 11th stay to Rosemary Beach and our first in this unit. It was perfect. With two kids, it was roomy, comfortable, an easy walk to the beach, and a great surprise to watch them play on the green space from the balcony in the evenings. Everything was well appointed and clean. Hair driers, washer/drier, a small fan, and even a pack n play if you need it. My husband is picky about two things: a comfy bed and a modern sound/tv system and this one went above and beyond! We’ve stayed in a lot of RB properties, and this is by far the best if you need a little more room but don’t need a big house. Service and communication was great too.

The apartment was very clean and the pictures match the apartment as we found it. If overlooks a nice green area and was quiet and peaceful. We wished the outside patio has been larger but it worked fine for morning coffee and evening cocktail. It was an easy walk to the beach entrance and close to the town center with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The Beach Pass Flat was perfect for the five of us for our 3 day stay in Rosemary. It was beautifully appointed, super clean, and had everything we needed. Truly a 7-8 min bike ride to the walkovers, nearest pool 2min walk. We ranged in age from 8-82 and we all loved it.

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach, and it was everything we needed. A quiet, lovely, clean, and safe location. Our property was perfect. We highly recommend this property as it is well-maintained and clean. So many activities are within walking distance. We loved this location. It is only a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our condo was perfect for our small family of five! Very clean, nicely decorated and very updated. The streets were well shaded and perfect for early morning walks and bike rides with the grand!! The Rosemary Beach area never disappoints!

We had an outstanding time on our vacation. The Flat was perfectly located for what we needed and wanted. The Flat was beautiful, well laid out and spotless. 30A Luxury was outstanding to work with and texted almost daily to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I can't say enough about how great the service was for us. I will highly recommend 30A and the resort. We could walk most every where we want to go. We loved the beach, pools and surrounding areas with plenty of shopping. We were able to do Boot Camp and I was able to run with my son. Gallions, Old Florida Fish House, Pescado, Bud & Alleys, The Citizen and The Pearl Roof Top dining were all incredible and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great, family vacation!

We rented Beach Pass Flat for our family of 4 - myself & husband, and two teen-age daughters. It was perfect! Great location close to the beach but in a quieter area, and sparkling clean with all the amenities we could want. The management company was easy to work with and the check-in/out instructions were very clear.

Rental was great! Comfortable beds!! Looking out to green space and amphitheater very close. Pools close by within walking or a bike ride away. The beach is just across the street also within walking or bike ride. The bikes were great! Shopping and restaurants right there as well. You will not need a car!

Great location. 10 minute walk to beach. Pools closer. Loved being near the green Rosemary is such a beautiful, unique and fun town. Crowded during spring break and it was so great to be at Rosemary where we could walk to everything!

We usually stay at a different Flat every year and this was our first time staying at this one and renting through 30A Luxury. Wow, what a difference! They think of everything, from the app to how we can text them with simple questions. We had a tiny issue and someone was there within minutes. Great stay, great service and can't wait to come back!

The bikes were a bonus - we rode them to the beach every day. We can't say enough great things about Rosemary and all there is to see & do along 30A.

This was a wonderful rental for us. The pictures are very representative of the space. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). It's a 3-5 minute walk to downtown Rosemary and to all the pools and less than 10 minutes to the beach. There is a great green space right outside this unit that our kids played on every day.

The place was terrific, super clean and tidy with great bedrooms and bathrooms. In fact the only thing wrong was the overly stringent checkin and checkout times. 5pm at the EARLIEST...possibly later???
Had to vacate by 9am? Basically one loses about 4-5 hours from typical checkin/out times. And yes, I know COVID - but there is NO WAY one needs 8 hours to clean a 2BR 2Bath unit - poor practice - I will NOT be coming back.

The condo was nicely updated and met our needs for our 5 night stay. The location was only a quick bike to the beach or shop area. The shop/restaurant area is also an easy walk for dinner or evening strolls. The beds were comfortable and the tv was updated. Nice little balcony that overlooks St. Augustine - the balcony is larger than it appears. The condo comes with 2 bikes' nd we rented 2 additional for our kids.

We had a lovely time! Although we weren’t right on the beach, we loved hoping on our bikes each day and riding through the lovely town of Rosemary in our way to the beach. The condo and beds, etc were very comfortable and everything was as it appears in pictures.

Which our boys played with their friends . Short walk to beach . We used the bikes the flat came with.awsome . We highly recommend the Beach Pass Flat and the hospitality provided by 30A Luxury Rentals. They made the experience so easy, relaxing, and memorable. We needed a change of scenery after months of quarantine and found the condo and the Rosemary Beach scenery the perfect escape. The condo was incredibly comfortable for morning and evening lounging and we took full advantage of the kitchen to cook some wonderful meals. Exploring the lush and windy streets and pathways of Rosemary and neighboring Alys was made easy with the provided cruiser bikes. The flats location provides an easy walk to the town center, neighborhood pools, and the beach. We will be back.

This flat was in a great location to Rosemary beach. A lovely walk or bike ride got us there quickly. A lot seemed updated: countertops, appliances, backsplash, and more, which made the stay overall more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, the smart tv was great to have, washer and dryer worked great, shower water got hot and pressure was great,. Flat was super clean to high standards. We love renting through 30 A luxury because we feel the experience is always thorough, simple, and properties are of high quality for an affordable price.
