Overall, this was a good place for my wife and i to stay. Centrally located and easy in/out access and close to one of the pools

My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin and found the hammock house to be the perfect location and size for our getaway! With plenty of nearby, community pools, and a short bike ride to the beach we loved our stay.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance also!
The hammock house itself was clean, neat and provided of what we needed. we used the complementary beach cruiser bikes every day so that was a huge plus for us! There were also some beach items in the garage that we used while on the beach and that was also super nice!

Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% recommend and plan a trip back.

My wife and I like to call this our home when visiting Rosemary. It's perfect for the two of us and has everything we need. We're able to walk to the beach for the day and the town center for dinner. Washer dryer in unit = priceless. Glad we found Hammock Carriage House!

The studio is charming and spacious, clean and well equipped. There was nothing we couldn’t find easily. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean and decor up to date. Good location, also washing machine pellets, dishwasher soap, coffee, soap sponge paper towels trash bags

The space at the Hammock Carriage House was clean and well maintained. The management was attentive and responded quickly to any needs. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. The use of the garage was an added plus. Would recommend this property.

This little carriage house is absolutely PERFECT for a quick getaway to the beach. It had just been updated with new furniture and paint and was immaculate. The property location is great . . . within walking distance of every restaurant and shop, but still very peaceful surroundings. It is up a flight of stairs, but that can be counted as part of one's workout routine. The management team was excellent and was there to answer any and all questions I had whether about the bikes or the parking. I would totally book it again.

First time visiting Rosemary Beach and absolutely loved the Carriage House and the beautiful downtown. As all other reviewers indicated, walkable to the downtown, pools and the beach. Two bikes come with the rental which we used to bike around the town and other towns nearby. I would highly recommend this rental and the area to any friends or relatives. We will be back!!!

Like a health resort playground for adults. My wife and I enjoyed all the exercise, healthy foods and amenities available. The 2.3 mile walking trail through all of rosemary was relaxing and capped with an Amavida coffee every morning. We were early to bed every night but were tempted by the adult night swim which is available until 9p at the partially enclosed pool. We'll be back!

The entire stay we enjoyed a quiet, clean, and relaxing environment in this carriage house! The bed was so comfortable! It was truly a 5 min walk from the main part of town with all the restaurants and shopping! And it maybe took us 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach! We plan to come back!

This Carriage house was spectacular. My wife and I loved the place. Walking distance to the pools, shops, dining, and beach. Perfect size for the 2 of us. We did opt to go to Inlet beach for a less crowded experience on one day. We loved Rosemary beach and the short walk to Crabby Steve’s from our beach chair location. Fantastic food and bar experience. We did not use the bikes included. We walked everywhere we wanted in Rosemary and Seacrest. Fantastic communication from property manager. Would recommend to couples.

The Hammock Carriage House was perfect for our mother-daughter trip. It was spacious and the little kitchenette was perfect for quick breakfast/lunch while enjoying all of the local spots for dinner. It is a very easy and enjoyable walk to the beach. I would highly recommend you stay here!

Nice studio room with king-sized bed and (pullout?) couch. I believe this room was listed as fitting 5 people but I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people stay, as it would feel cramped.

Kitchen was outfitted well. Full fridge. Somewhat limited counterspace but it was fine.

The Rosemary Beach community where this rental resides is wonderful. Easy access to a "white sugar" beach. Many community pools. Getting to the beach does require crossing the 30A highway which adds a little time, but there are many crosswalks to assist in crossing.

The dryer's lint catcher broke while we stayed here, but the management was able to bring a replacement the same day. Very responsive!

We also had some trouble checking in because I couldn't find the entry code in our booking app. The support phone number I called was able to get me in smoothly, even though I called off-hours (perhaps around 7 PM). Nice service!

Everything was expected. Very charming and clean. The Kitchen was well appointed and linens very high end and comfy. The location was quiet yet close to everything. It was nice to have a garage and the bikes were ready to go!

Hammock cottage is perfect for the two of us which is why we keep coming back. The new sofa is nice but it is in desperate need of new mattress and it shouldn’t be too costly to upgrade tiny TV to larger smart tv. Please consider. Our experience with 30a luxury vacations is excellent and we’ve never been disappointed. Thank you!

My adult daughter and I enjoyed a few days here and loved our first visit to Rosemary Beach. We visited in February and had rain and cold weather but loved the walkability of everything and the charm of the village.

It was as expected: everything in one room. Clean. Check in at 5p is a hassle if you roll into town around 2p. Seems “Luxury Vacations 30A”, send their entrance codes out at 5p and their office closes at 5:30p. It’s a long time to hang out w/o unpacking. Appears to be at the convenience of the rental mgmt co. Was glad they provided coffee, TP, paper towels, etc. so we didn’t have to run to the store right away. The tub did not drain when showering which we passed on to management: sent a plumber same day, fixed. About 1/2 mile to beach. A comfy spot for 2 people.

Hammock Carriage house was very clean upon arrival. Very quaint and a perfect location. It was nice having a garage to park our car in daily. Property management was very communicative on arrival and departure information. The only thing which I had read in other reviews is the bed could use a new mattress along with a new sleeper sofa. We enjoyed our stay and Rosemary is the most charming seaside town.

My two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful stay here! It was perfect for us. Close to the pool, shops and beach. The pull-out bed was fine for my daughter, but there’s no way I could have slept on it. Very old and thin mattress. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Thanks!!

Hammock Carriage House was clean, quaint and in a great location. My husband, son (11) and I all stayed there. There was no Netflix (to the dismay of my son), that said, weather was great, so we weren't in the room a ton. The garage spot was tight (we have a Yukon), but we were able to squeeze it in. Definitely recommend.

Hammock Carriage House is in an ideal location to access town, restaurants, and the beach. The rental is clean and well stocked (linens, soaps, hangers, towels, etc.). Additionally, the staff at 30A Luxury are responsive and kind.

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The rental was beautiful, well maintained, suited our needs perfectly and was in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If you’re on the fence about visiting Rosemary Beach, do it!

Beautiful quiet place and a 3 min walk to a private beach. So relaxing!

Everything about the stay was absolutely great! It was just my wife and I so the size of the unit was perfect. Everything was clean and functional and very well take care of. The location was perfect. It is just the right distance to be nice and quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to with a short walk to everything for shopping and food. It's just a quick bike ride or walk down to the beach too. The only thing for me was I felt the bed was pretty hard and the pillows flat. But of course this is personal preference and some might absolutely be ok with it, but maybe to be sure just bring an extra pillow to use if you want to be sure.

Rental property was in a very nice, clean and safe community. If you love to walk or ride bikes it is a perfect area to do both! We walked to all of the 4 pools available. All were very clean and nice. We walked to the beach everyday! It was about a 7 to 10 min walk. It rained a couple of days but we still went and walked on the beach. The beach area was clean and plenty of room to take long walks on the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful! Nice restaurants in the area. Went to several of them, Shades and the Mexican restaurant were really good! Our carriage house was great! Very clean, nice king bed and nice thick towels. It was perfect and had lots of storage. (Bring hangers if you want to hang your clothes.) nice to have washer and dryer and laundry detergent pods were provided as well as dish soap and shampoo! Nice touch! Love the hospitality app as well! Had all the info we needed! We are hoping to come back again! I do have to say I would have loved to have had an ocean view to see every morning and evening though!! Thank you for a wonderful trip! And thank you for such a clean and welcoming place! Oh and the ice cream shop was to good and we went several times!! :)

We had a great visit staying in the Hammock Carriage House. The property was clean and inviting and perfect size for our small group (including one child!). The bikes could use some updating but overall great place to stay - the property management was very responsive and the check-in/out process was smooth! We will be back.

The carriage house was perfect for me and my wife. Super clean and nice amenities. Courtyard is big with access to a nice grill for cooking steaks. The free bike rental was a nice touch. The support team at 30A were helpful and timely - mostly via text. Great for a couple.

Everything was perfect

We have been vacationing along 30a for years. We love Blue Mountain and a lady we rent from there whose customer service is excellent but this time we needed small place so we wanted Rosemary. Now for all our 25 plus years we have had a lot of bad rental experience so I am always skeptical. You guys are the ABSOLUTE best! I am very picky about cleanliness , communication and having supplies( paper towels, coffee filters, soap, laundry detergent, etc). I was over the top pleased with everything. You guys we’re kind, thorough and honest. Texting me next day to see if I needed anything?!You fulfilled every expectation. So simple but yet so foreign to some people in your line of business. We will be back sooner rather than later and from now on will only rent from you! Great great job 30aluxury vacations!!

Location was great. Size was perfect for two...kitchen, bathroom and kitchen. No complaints whatsoever!

My husband and I were taking a long weekend getaway without our 1 year old for the first time. We also came to work and I was ensured there was internet before booking. We were staying for 3 nights and The internet or cable did not work For two of the days/nights. The pools were also closed which was not communicated or anywhere on the app, check in process etc. The owner was nice and sent a bottle of wine for the inconveniences but a reimbursement would’ve been better. If I would’ve known booking we had no internet, TV or pools I would have definitely not stayed. All in all the carriage house was nice and location was great. But with the amenities not included it was upsetting.

We loved our stay at Hammock Carriage House. It was so comfortable and just was was needed for 2 sisters who needed a getaway. The staff at 30A Luxury rentals are phenomenal, always available to help and so kind.Our only complaint was the fact that the blinds in the unit really need replacing. The bed was very comfortable. I will only use 30A Luxury rentals for my future stays in Rosemary.

Well furnished and extremely clean upon our arrival. Off street parking in the garage was a huge plus. We will be return renters. The management company is very communicative and easy to work with!

Perfect for a couple's getaway - close to pools, shopping and beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hammack Carriage House. It was as pictured and had all amenities described! Very clean and well-maintained. Perfect for me and my husband. We rode the bikes everywhere!! Often in the evenings we would take the folding chairs down to the beach and watch the sunset! Thank you for having those items available. We ate at The Pearl, Cowgirl Kitchen, Pescado (has a great indoor/outdoor bar, and Restaurant Paradis.

Such a great place to stay! Everything was accomodating! We enjoyed every single moment.

I needed some time away from the grind of life and felt like beach therapy was the perfect answer! Was happy to find this perfect spot for 1 person to just get away and enjoy Rosemary. Quick bike ride to the beach and love the bed and bathroom space. TV was a little small to see from the bed but who goes to Rosemary to watch TV anyway?!? Thank you for the perfect oasis for some self care time!

Great stay, would do it again! Had a few minor requests which management was very helpful with. Only critique for this property is most of the pull down shades are broken. I'm sure they get a lot of wear but you want to enjoy the beautiful view while you're there! Otherwise a beautiful studio carriage house centrally located in Rosemary with everything a couple needs for three nights in paradise, and then some.

My first time in Fl and I selected the perfect place. The town is quant, beaches beautiful, and cottage was lovely. It was well appointed for a single person or couple. Bed was comfortable and overall very clean. Few recommendations: add some Saran Wrap or foil or even plastic containers so that guests can store cut up fruit or leftovers. Same is true for some better knives.

My 6-year-old daughter and I loved this carriage house for our mother-daughter get away. It was perfect. Smells clean and new and fresh, and has everything you might need, from laundry, to kitchen supplies. Amazing location right around the corner from the town of Rosemary Beach, just a few minutes walk, and probably a 1 minute bike ride. The bed might very well be the best part - incredibly comfortable King size with great pillows. In fact, I'd love to know where the pillows are from if the owner reads this. The carriage house is very private and we did not feel like we were in the way of the family staying in the big house. We barely saw each other. If I had to name any negatives, it would be that the TV acted up several times, but we always got it to work in the end. And there is no DVD player, even though there is one pictured in the photographs. We were able to pull up some movies on On Demand, but were a little disappointed we couldn't watch any of the DVDs we brought for our trip. Also, our bikes were being used by the family in the larger house when we got there, so we had a hard time tracking them down, but eventually the family noticed we were looking all over for them and were very apologetic about it. The garage door openers are very difficult to press in, they almost seem broken at first until you push them several times and they finally work. And the key lock boxes are difficult to open as well, I had to call because I thought mine was broken but we eventually got it. These are just little things I think future guests would want to know about, but overall, we were SO happy with our stay here, and the response of the customer service is incredible. They are always available by call or by text, and handled every issue with kindness and swiftness. We hope to stay here again many more times, and to make this a mother daughter tradition! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We were very pleased with the Hammock Carriage House. It was true to the description on the web site. The unit was clean and had basics needed for a few nights' stay. The bed was very comfortable!We enjoyed having bikes and beach chairs and use of the garage.

We spent 4 days in the Hammock Carriage House in a very cold stretch over new year's weekend. The facility is fine and roomy and has all the amenities we needed. It is very convenient to the town and beach. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach from the residential town. We felt it similar to Carmel, CA. Beaches are gorgeous. We found the management staff to be extremely responsive to any questions or requests. Parking is restricted and the garage is small so be prepared for that-we left the garage door open.

The Hammock Carriage House was exactly as pictured and everything I expected it to be - adorable! Less than 5 minute walk to the coffee shop evey morning, 2 minute walk to the closest pool, and about 10 minutes to the beach. For a 4 adult girl's trip to the beach, it couldn't have been better! La Crema was our favorite restaurant and cocktails at The Pearl were fabulous! Plus, we were able to get in early as they texted me and let me know. I highly recommend this rental! We loved it!

The unit was very good. The only thing that I would suggest is that you provide a sheet that describes the amenities in Rosemary Beach and the location of the pools.

I came to town for a quick 3 day trip to learn from the tennis pros and Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. This was the perfect place to fit my short term needs at a reasonable price. Beth & Chris from 30A luxury rentals were great professionals.

Perfect size apartment for a 4 day get away. Clean and everything in good working order. Refrigerator makes a really loud noise sporadically, even with the ice maker off. Became an inside joke and only enhanced our vacation. We loved the bicycles. Walking distance to anything you would want to do in Rosemary. Would definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed at the Hammock Carriage House in February. We have been to Rosemary Beach many times, but this time it was without kids.

This carriage house was just great. It was clean, well stocked, included a Washer/Dryer, had a good wireless signal, had an AppleTV and was an easy walk to Barrett Square. 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with. We liked the easy check-in/out and their phone app answered any questions that we had. We would stay at this carriage house again and also recommend using 30A Luxury Vacations to find your next vaca house.

Perfect amount of space for us and our son. It was a 30 second bike ride to the center of Rosemary as well as the pool. We would stay here again!

Our family had an amazing time staying in Rosemary and at the hammock Carriage House. The house was very clean, well laid out, and very conveniently located near the main street, evening entertainment, and beach. The map made it seem a little farther away then it actually was ... again, GREAT location.

The Hammock Carriage house was as described and looks exactly like the pictures. The condo was very clean and surprisingly furnished with basic toiletries. The mattress was a little firm for my preference, but did not interfere with sleep. As described in other reviews, there are several windows which allow the room to light up in the morning (not terribly bright). We didn't mind at all because we didn't want to sleep in on vacation. This was my first time staying at the beach and not being directly on the beach. The bike ride wasn't bad at all, two turns out of the driveway and you are riding right through town to the beach. We enjoyed stopping for breakfast and/or visiting the shops along the way. The beach was the cleanest beach I have visited in Florida. I would definitely stay here again.

I was extremely pleased with the carriage house. It could have easily accomodated four people, as advertised. It was charming & centrally located within walking distance to restaurants & amenities. I would definitely stay at Hammock house again.

Wonderful, spacious room! My only criticism is that the shades on the east windows are not enough to prevent lots of morning light in.
Impossible to sleep in. Would suggest putting black out panels on those windows that can be pulled in the evening.

This is a wonderful location--perfect for a romantic stay. We had almost everything we needed, with the exception of hangers in the closet, which we purchased and left for the next guest, and toilet paper, which we also had to run out and buy as there wasn't any. The space is comfortable and well-cared for. The location in Rosemary Beach couldn't be better--walking distance to everything. It was wonderful to have bikes available to us. Our check-in and check-out process was easy. Highly recommended and we hope to be back!

My husband and I found this little slice of paradise perfectly charming for our vacation. This spot is much closer to the town center than I thought. It took us about 2 minutes to walk to our favorite coffee shop as well as a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. This space was clean and cozy. My favorite surprise was the apple TV. The only not perfect thing I have to say about this place was the shower head and lack of a blender. These two things barely mattered overall. I highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed in the Post Carriage House for 5 nights. The property was in a great location (near the Town Center and short bike ride to the beach) and was very well maintained. I was concerned that it would seem a bit small but the high ceilings and balcony area made it feel spacious. My husband enjoyed the fact that it came with Apple TV and cable. The only complaint was that the bike company gave us bikes with the incorrect lock code and it took two calls to figure out the right code. One lock never worked and although they said they would replace it on the second morning we never saw them. Also, a full length mirror would be nice! Overall, a fantastic stay at Post Carriage House.

We just stayed 3 nights at Post Carriage House in Rosemary. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple weekend getaway. There is a also a sofa that is a sleeper sofa so you could have an extra person or 2. We enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the house. The AC was a bit loud and it never turned off and the blinds on the windows were not the blinds that blocked all sunlight out so you were awakened to light. Overall it fit our needs and we had a nice stay at Rosemary Beach.

We stayed here for a week with our 16 month daughter, and it's the perfect size for a small family. I liked that there was a king sized bed (could have been a little more comfortable, but we're used to a temperpedic at home), and the towels were really soft. We needed more hand towels and wash cloths though. The AC went out on our first day there, and it took several hours to fix. Our daughter took her afternoon nap and it was 86 degrees inside, so that was the biggest problem with the rental. I wish that it had been taken care of more quickly. Other than that we had a good stay, and I liked how the check in process was easy. They just texted all of the codes to us. The company was good about staying in touch and responding to our texts. Overall we had a great stay at this rental!

The location is super convenient to Barrett Square and an easy walk to beach! The property was clean and the bikes were waiting for us. The washer/dryer/kitchen was a plus. Only small recommendations for future guests...replace the iron, allow one parking spot in garage (as parking a steet away is inconvenient) and improve wi-fi. Thank you! We loved our stay!

It was the perfect size for the 2 of us very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay there again. Just one very little thing missing was a full length mirror. But for sure that little thing took nothing away from our fabulous stay at the post house in my favorite beach town.

This rental was everything we had hoped it would be. It was super clean and larger than expected. The ONLY thing I remember wishing they had had was a full length mirror in the bathroom. Other than that this place was amazing and i would highly recommend it!
