30A provides the most beautiful spots to capture memories of your Gulf Coast vacation. Pack your camera or just snap from your phone! Here are our top photo worthy spots to visit during your getaway:

Rosemary Beach

Each 30A beach community has its unique characteristics, however, Rosemary Beach tends to be a favorite amongst locals and tourists. Winding brick roads and architecture inspired by the French and Dutch may have you feeling like you're visiting a quaint European town. Everything is in walkable distance in Rosemary Beach, so have your camera ready to snap all of the area's cute shops and scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Hungry and looking to grab a bite at an aesthetically pleasing spot? Stop by Pescado which offers a rooftop lounge and bar with indoor dining. It's the perfect place to catch and Rosemary Beach sunset. Or stay at one of our luxurious Rosemary Beach vacation rentals which offer the perfect backdrop for your social media posts to share with friends and family.

Seaside

For another picture-perfect beach community, visit Seaside. Known for its New Urbanism design and streets lined with pastel colored homes and white picket fences, there are many photo opportunities to be had when strolling through Seaside. This beach community is also known as the location where The Truman Show was filmed. The community is made up of nine beach pavillions which make a great setting for your family photos.

Coastal Dune Lakes

If there's one thing to add to your list during your 30A vacation, it's a trip to one of the 15 named coastal dune lakes in Walton County. There are few places where coastal dune lakes can be found and here in Walton County is one of them!

Coastal dunes are a ridge, or a series of ridges, that form at the rear of a beach and are formed by the movement of air. Coastal dune lakes in 30A are even more unique as they share a connection with the Gulf of Mexico. Take photos of the various plant species and animal species that can be found at these lakes including several bird and fish species. Be on the lookout! It's possible to spot an alligator in our coastal dune lakes.

Eden Gardens State Park

Explore 163 acres of land that were a part of the historic Wesley homestead. Walk the grounds surrounded by moss-draped live oaks or meander through the gardens filled with roses, azaleas, and camellias of every color. For those who prefer to take shots of your fun adventures, the park is also open for fishing, hiking, and paddling.

And of course, the beach!

With 26 miles of white sand beaches and turquoise waters, there's no better place for your photo opps than at the beach. Take a selfie or two while at the beach or hire a 30A photographer for a family photo session on the beach! Photos are the best ways to capture memories that will last a lifetime.
