A labor of love, owners Monica and Danny Cosenzi, operate Restaurant Paradis in beautiful Rosemary Beach. With an exquisite menu created by Chefs Mark and Will, patrons are taken on a gastronomic journey that showcases the bounty of the Gulf waters and the richness of local ingredients. Their fresh sourcing of produce and protein keeps the menu changing and presents exciting dishes year-round. From their Gulf Coast Snapper perfectly paired with a delicate lemon caper burre blanc, to the melt-in-your-mouth black truffle foie gras pate with blackberry maple reduction, the chefs are elevating the culinary experience and showcasing the vast opportunity that exists in this region.

Whether you’re coming in from the beach and have just dusted off the sand or you’re planning a romantic night out, Restaurant Paradis welcomes you. Their elegant dining room and charming patio are replete with comfortable and stylish tables, highbacked love seats, and wine-country style that invites you to relax into the moment and savor the evening. Restaurant Paradis is open daily for dinner service starting at 5:00 pm, and reservations are highly encouraged.

Café Thirty-A

For a taste of the coast where good food and good company represent a life well-lived, visit Café Thirty-A.
