Lots of windows and glass doors let the bright squares of sunlight inside and lead out to the patio that overlooks the gorgeous park that’s just across the street.

Back inside, a peninsula bar of Santa Cecilia granite has casual stool seating and leads into the open, galley-style kitchen. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes an electric range and oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave with a vent hood. Pristine white cabinets provide plenty of storage space.

Down the hallway is the primary bedroom suite, complete with a premier king-size bed set in a chic upholstered frame that’s flanked with bedside tables.
