We had such a wonderful stay at this charming property! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The management team was friendly and responsive, making our stay seamless. We can’t say enough good things about this place and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at Piccadilly Carriage House! Although further back from the main drag, the house was still very close and walkable or bikeable to anything you wanted to do or need in Rosemary Beach. It is a perfect size for a couple or a couple with a smaller child. My only suggestion would be upgrade the bathroom floor and shower, as it is not in the same, newer condition as the rest of the house.
