On the first floor of the main house, a serene bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bath. Nearby, a spacious lounge area provides the perfect hangout space for children, complete with a large sectional sofa and a TV designed for cozy movie nights or quiet afternoons indoors. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located next to this area.

Upstairs on the second floor, sweeping Gulf views take center stage. Nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with natural light. The chef’s kitchen features an oversized island with seating for four, while the adjacent dining space offers seating for seven. This floor also includes two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms. One of the rooms features a private balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool.

The third floor is anchored by the primary suite, where indulgence meets tranquility.
