Description

You’ll enjoy a little taste of the French Quarter in upscale Rosemary Beach with a New Orleans-inspired courtyard complete with a private heated pool and hot tub. The entire home has an airy and elegant feel, furnished in cool, neutral colors and decorated with a few well-placed pops of ocean blue.

On the bottom level, the master suite offers a plush king-size bed atop burnished hardwood floors. With dual nightstands and lamps, you can enjoy your favorite book or check your social media channels while relaxing in bed. A triple dresser offers ample space for your clothing, while a large flat-screen TV offers evening entertainment. The private en-suite bath has dual vanities and a white-tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

The second master suite on this level offers a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a flat-screen TV, a double dresser, and an en-suite bath.

The mid-level of the home features common areas. 14’ tall ceilings and large windows offer an abundance of natural light. The living room has plenty of comfortable furnishings and a large-screen TV above a fireplace.

Gleaming heart pine hardwoods offer a dramatic contrast to the crisp whites and creams of the furnishings.

The formal dining table for 8 sits just in front of the French doors leading to the alfresco dining room.

A gorgeous chef’s kitchen boasts large windows, a stainless steel farmhouse sink, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a GE-Monogram refrigerator and a 6-burner GE-Cafe gas stove. Full bath with tiled walk-in rain-head shower, under the stairs off of kitchen for 3rd-floor bedroom.

The third level has a fantastic loft bedroom with a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a double dresser with a flat-screen TV.

A bonus studio-style carriage house offers another 480 sq. ft. of space, with a queen-size bed, dual night stands with lamps, sofa, full kitchen, and a bath.

We selected this home because it was a quick walk/bike to the beach, had a very small pool with hot tub, an outdoor fireplace (which we did not use) and a gas fire pit. The kitchen is nice to cook in if you like to cook. The appliances were adequate—could be more high end but the kitchen is well equipped. It has lovely outdoor seating off of the kitchen and also a small sitting area off of the living room and comfortable sofas just outside the front door (which is around the pool/hot tub area. The loft room above the kitchen would be okay for anyone that did not mind to take the stairs down to the bathroom/shower which is off of the kitchen. This house was comfortable for us, conveniently located but the one room on the main level does get road noise from the traffic on the Main Street. We had a 10 day stay and it would have been great to have had a mid-stay clean included or the house have some cleaning items so we could have done it ourselves. All in all, it was a great stay. In regards to our check-in, it would have been nice that they call us and allow us to check-in slightly early but the maintenance people had a couple of “minor” things to complete. Given that it wasn’t high season, we were hopeful that they would have called us. Again, we enjoyed the home/location.

Awesome home with a fun layout and great location. Well appointed with great features and the carriage house was a cherry on top. One wrinkle is that section of 30A is a bit more...lively than other sections just a bit further north or south so that’s a consideration.

Our summer beach trip was amazing. The carriage house worked out perfect for the older girls that came to help with our kids! We had a refrigerator issue but they solved it so fast and were friendly to work with! The pool was awesome to have as well. Would suggest and stay again here!

First time in Rosemary Beach. The place is amazing. Acqua Cottage has an excellent location, close to the beach and walkable everywhere. This house is really fully equipped for a long stay.

The home was awesome! Such a great location and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. The pool and spa were very nice, and the carriage house was a great extra space for visiting guests.

We visited the Acqua cottage in June 2022 with our four teenage children - first visit to RB. Looked at many 30A rentals and picked this one based on proximity to the beach and fitness center (both 5 minute walks), as well as the private pool. Location was great! Although the pool was small (which is typical in RB) it was a wonderful feature. Nice to come back from the beach and relax in the pool. House worked out very well. Appreciated the many balconies and outdoor spaces. House generally well furnished and was very clean when we arrived. A/C worked well. Guest house was also very nice. 3rd floor BR does not have a 3rd floor Bathroom as noted in other reviews - need to use the kitchen bath which was fine for us but may not be ideal for others. Beach was lovely and we borrowed boogie boards that were at the house to play in the waves.
Management company was very quick to respond to small issues (air in bike tires needed, lost beach pass). Would definitely consider renting this house again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Acqua Cottage. The location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and is a very short walk to beach access (Walkover D), which makes it really convenient when traveling with kids. The house is clean, updated, and appropriately furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our experience at the Acqua Cottage and Carriage House. My wife, daughter and mother in law all stayed in the main house and it was a great space. I used the carriage house as an office space. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom in the main house so we could see how that wouldn't fit everyone's lifestyle with no door or bathroom up there but it was a perfect space for us and we loved the pool and firepit. Location is great and a quick walk to everything! We will definitely look to stay here again! thanks!

The house is very nice, well equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic and well used. Beds were comfortable, everything went fine. A couple of things for future renters..the "loft" bedroom (king) has no bedroom door and narrow steps to the room. Also must use the bath in the kitchen, no bathroom is up there. It would be tough to have young children use that room. The master and other king are on the lower level/pool level. I was surprised that it is called a bedroom. Also Rosemary only gives you 3 access cards for the beach/pool even with more guests renting the house. So that becomes an issue, they will not give you any extra. We accidently lost the card and we got quickly charged the $100. We had a great trip and nice stay, perfect location of the house. But wanted to make sure a future renter is aware of a couple of things. Otherwise, a really nice house/location/area.

We loved our stay at Acqua House. We sat around the fire at night and roasted marshmallows to make s’mores, swam in the pool, and strolled into town and to the beach. Everything was close by. And the house was comfortable and clean. Just a delightful place to stay.

The home was lovely and comfortable. The location was great - just a straight shot down the neighborhood street to Boardwalk D - and onto the amazing beach. Note, the bedroom on the third floor does not have a door. We had a few minor issues with getting the pool to heat and the firepit to turn on - but the 30A team was responsive and quick. Also, the king bed on floor one to the left as you enter was not the most comfortable. Would recommend a new mattress in that room.

My family and I had a fantastic vacation and experience with 30A Luxury Rentals. They were prompt in responding to our needs, professional, and respectful when they had to come out to the property. The home was absolutely lovely and exceeded my expectations. The pool and amenities were top notch. It was very hard to leave!
