Laid-back coastal luxury and elegant minimalism combine to create Bella Carriage House— a lovely one-bedroom flat in an exclusive Rosemary Beach neighborhood that places you close to the Barbados Pool and the private beach access point. In Rosemary Beach, the carriage houses are located above the garages and allow for plenty of privacy and lots of natural sunlight. Ideal for couples or small families, Bella Carriage House has space for four and includes a primary bedroom as well as an airy, lofted sleeping area.

When designing Bella Carriage House, the goal was to preserve the modern minimalist design that can be so calming during an escape to the coast. A cobblestone driveway leads to the stairway that takes you up one flight to the main living area— a bright and open room with crisp white walls and high ceilings. Two walls are made up of mainly windows that let the Florida sunshine flow inside, while custom rattan shades maintain privacy. There’s a comfy cream-colored sofa, a velvety soft armchair, and a large HDTV for those nights when you want to stay in with a good movie and a bowl of popcorn.

A peninsula bar with stool seating is a great spot to sip coffee and nibble on blueberry muffins in the morning sunlight. The bar leads into the efficiently-designed kitchen, which features a mini Sub-Zero refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric range top, a microwave oven, and a stainless steel farmhouse sink. Lots of large windows allow for views of the bustling neighborhood below.

In the one primary bedroom suite, a sumptuous king-size bed is made up with five-star hotel-quality bed linens and rests against an elegant rattan headboard. The ensuite full bathroom includes a glossy white vanity sink and a step-in shower tiled in gorgeous Carrera marble. A spiral stairway leads up to the lofted sleeping space, where you’ll find two twin-size beds and another half bath.

Bella Carriage House is located in the center of charming Rosemary Beach, placing you seconds away from the sparkling Barbados community swimming pool and about a one-minute walk away from the private beach access point. You’ll also be within an easy stroll of a romantic dinner out or an afternoon of shopping followed by a laid-back lunch or coffee. Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon, and I have to say everything was perfect. The rental the weather the food, it was all so amazing. The rental company was so helpful and informative during our stay. They made sure to respond asap if we had any quick questions. The rental itself was beautiful and a perfect size for the two of us. The price was a great part as well. We will definitely be back and will try to get the Bella Carriage house again!

I would absolutely recommend that everyone choose this carriage home to stay in at Rosemary Beach. My husband and I went for our babymoon and it was perfect! We will 100% be back next year. It was very clean, easy directions to get to and to enter, centrally located in Rosemary (you can walk anywhere you want in just a couple minutes). Very close to the beach and even closer to one of the pools which is around the corner. The host was very helpful with anything we needed. No complaints at all about our stay! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Carriage House. Everyone at 30A Luxury Vacations could not have been more helpful. The location of the carriage house was perfect a 2 minute walk to Barrett Square (great restaurants and shops) and the beach. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend Bella Carriage House.

This rental was in the perfect location in Rosemary! We were able to walk to everything - dinners, the beach, Alys Beach area. The rental was clean when we arrived and it was the perfect size for 3! The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our four day trip to Rosemary Beach! The Bella Carriage House is very nice and well equipped. It was the perfect place to spend the evenings in. The location is great and very close to the center of the village. We walked everywhere and never used our car. There is a shortage of parking but since it was not very crowded it did not affect us. It is the perfect place for a couple or a couple with one or two children. The only thing the house does not have is a washer and dryer which you may need for a longer stay, it did not affect us. We would highly recommend Rosemary Beach and the Bella Carriage House for your stay! It is such a nice area and the beach is beautiful!!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, the staff was very attentive before / during our stay with any questions and the property was very well maintained. This was our first time traveling to Rosemary and not staying at The Pearl but this exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Cottage is much smaller than I realized. Fridge is mini. No oven. Sleeps four but no privacy.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 days for our first visit to Rosemary Beach. We both have wanted to visit for quite some time now. The carriage house is beautiful, simply appointed and is quite comfortable. I must say the area was busier than we anticipated, but the proximity of this home to the beach, shops, restaurants, farmers market made it very easy to access everything we needed. Thanks for an awesome vacation home!

Great experience! Ideal location, well-maintained property, and good service from the property manager. Within walking distance of everything needed, i.e. beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping. The unit needs a dust pan and additional toiletry items, i.e. shampoo, condition, toilet paper, etc. as they don't provide enough for a family of 4 for a week long stay.

The carriage house was in an excellent location within 1-2 blocks walk of beach, restaurants and pool. The property is well-suited for small families - or small group of friends. We appreciated the closed off bedroom with full bath, a well appointed, small-scale kitchen, and loft with additional half bath. The unit was very clean as well and pictures reflect reality. The property management was very responsive to requests/questions and willing to help make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Thanks for a great stay!
