Park in the dedicated parking space in the covered garage and take the elevator up to the top floor of Barrett Place. Open the door to number 9 to reveal a crisp and bright living and dining space. In the living area, a neutral sleeper sofa and velvety soft armchairs face a bespoke built-in entertainment center. Classic white shiplap detail, gleaming hardwood floors, and recessed lighting add a laid-back polish, while glass French doors lead outside to a birds-eye-view balcony of bustling Rosemary Beach far below.

The open dining area features a formal dining table with seating for six and a casual bar area with modern acrylic barstool seating for four. The whole area is illuminated by stylish pendant lights. In the kitchen, a full suite of premier Viking appliances creates a chic, efficient space for brewing a simple pot of coffee in the morning to preparing a full dinner on those evenings when you want to stay in. There’s also a laundry room with additional storage options.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the living space and each has an ensuite bath— allowing for plenty of privacy and peace and ensuring a great night’s sleep for all. We love staying at Blue Oak - it's the perfect quiet getaway in the middle of all of the shopping, restaurants and wonderful amenities of Rosemary Beach. We will certainly be back!

I really enjoyed staying here. We’ve stayed several times in Rosemary Beach and this was one of the few times we were alone it overlooked the area where the coffee shop is which we really enjoyed that change. You can walk to everything. It was so nice just to go down to the coffee shop in the morning and then run back up and sit on the balconies. Everything was clean and tidy Honestly the only thing I could say as far as a negative which is such a tiny little negative but throw out the 2016 magazines lol if that’s the worst of it that’s pretty darn good thank you for a beautiful stay !!

We love this property! The location is perfect. The master bedroom door will not close. This is a problem if someone wants to rest in the master but the tv is on in the den. This is an easy fix. Also the ice maker was not working properly.

We loved Blue Oak for our first time visiting Rosemary Beach. The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The central location made going to town and the beach super easy and we were a minute walk from our favorite pool, Cabana Pool. Rosemary is a gem and Blue Oak is also!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Oak. I have been renting in Rosemary Beach for 15 years+ and very familiar with rentals. This is as central a location as you can get in Rosemary. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flats which is ideal. There is outdoor space from both bedrooms and living room. It is well appointed and the rental company is very responsive. The only tricky part I experienced was getting the key but you just have to follow the instruction carefully- I felt a little like Nancy Drew searching for the storage unit. I would definitely recommend and rent again. It was one of our favorites!!

Rosemary Beach- Barrett Square

This was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach, Florida. We stayed in Barrett Square, which is right in town. The condo was nice, a few blips, but the 30A staff was prompt in handling them. Overall stay was lovely. Restaurants (La Crema, Edward’s, Cowgirl Kitchen, Paradis, Pescado’s) were all lovely. Kilwins (ice cream), The Sugar Shak (candy), and Charlie’s Cafe (morning treats) were all very close and in walking distance. The kids loved getting their sugar fixes daily! We rented a pontoon boat through Key Vacations (30A Pontoon rentals), and while our directions led us to an empty parking lot, and then on a wild goose chase, we finally made it to the correct location and our deckhand Kainan was awesome! The day on the water was exceptional! Overall, this vacation was a great experience, however, for those of us flying in from the North, having beach towel towels in the unit would have been nice. They took up a lot of space in our luggage. Also, having beach chairs available in the unit would also have been nice. Instead, we had to rent beach chairs which were very pricey. Being a beach house owner ourselves, these little perks make all the difference in the world to renters. Loved Rosemary Beach and would definitely go back.

Awesome apartment, very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, with lots of space and terrific views over Barrett Square from the 3 balconies.
Perfect time to visit as beaches are less crowded and within a 10 minute walk of the property. Loved cycling around Rosemary and the adjacent resorts of Seacrest and Alys. Will be back!
