Description

Chalet By The Sea is a magnificent oasis that’s ideal for large groups and families looking for the perfect place to call home while they relax by the shore. With over 3,000 square feet of luxurious living space, multiple living spaces, four gorgeous bedrooms, and a heated private pool— Chalet By The Sea is sure to become your new happy place on 30A.

The cobblestoned driveway welcomes you home and has parking for up to six vehicles. Once inside, the main level great room is completely open and features soaring high ceilings, seafoam green walls, and blond wood floors. In the living area, there’s a comfy sofa and two wingback armchairs facing the fireplace. Around the corner lies a media room with two sleeper-sofas, two swivel chairs, and a huge 75“ 4K TV, . The sofa, chairs, and Sonos sound system make this spot ideal for catching the game or family movie night.

Back out in the great room, there’s a formal dining table with space for eight illuminated by an elegant, sparkling chandelier that highlights the unique barrel vault ceiling. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, complete with a spacious island with seating for four. The classic white cabinets surround a full suite of premier appliances— including 2 GE Monogram wall ovens, a gas range with a griddle, a spacious refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave drawer. If you want to whip up some fresh banana pancakes in the morning or some refreshing frozen margaritas at happy hour— this kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need.

Four serene bedroom suites provide plenty of personal space for even large groups. The primary bedroom suite is located on the main level and includes a luxe king-size bed set into a sculpted metal frame and two plush armchairs. The spa-inspired primary ensuite bathroom features a double marble vanity facing a wall of mirrors, and step-in, glass-enclosed shower. The second suite is on the upper level, and also features a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom. The final two bedrooms have a king-size bed and queen-size bed and share a full bathroom.

Chalet By The Sea was designed to take full advantage of its stunningly beautiful location. There are multiple outdoor living spaces— including a meditation terrace and a pergola-covered porch with a teak table for alfresco dining. French doors off of the great room lead outside to the backyard and the zen-like heated swimming pool that’s surrounded by swaying palm trees and tropical flowering vines.

Every single detail has been thought of and provided at Chalet By The Sea— including a large laundry room, lightning-fast Wifi, and even an outdoor shower. We had a wonderful family vacation at Chalet by the Sea. It was a short walk, or bike ride, to the beach. The bikes came in handy for a ride to the coffee shop or a bit of exercise. The only drawback was the check-in time was delayed, we were not allowed entry until after 5:00. Other than that everything was very nice. Any issues were resolved as soon as possible and by the nicest people. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was amazing! It had beautiful spaces for our large family and the kitchen and dining was perfect! It had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home as it was near the beach access and the pool was perfect for everyone to enjoy. The property was very close to coffee/donut shops, many dinner options, shopping yet we felt we were out of the main stream traffic areas. Very nice neighborhood and super family friendly! We will be back for sure! Thank You!

We savored every minute in this relaxing sanctuary! It is nestled in among exquisite tall pine trees, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and is less than a five minute walk to the beach, as well as a walk or a bike ride to shops and wonderful restaurants. I loved the beautifully decorated and comfortable interior, the soothing beach color palette, the Restoration Hardware white sofas, among all the thought out details. We also enjoyed the private pool and the two sitting, and dinning areas. I can’t wait to go back to this memorable chalet!

This vacation home will have you feeling like you are in the lap of luxury and glam and yet at the same time feeling so laid back and comfortable during your stay. The decor is breath taking with every comfort provided. The large kitchenhas everything you need to cook great meals yourself or hop onto one of the provided bicycles and take a nice ride to one of nearby restaurants or coffee shops as well as shopping. Even a nice scenic walk will get you there and you will passbeautiful lakes and trees on the way to brunch! The beach is a less than 5 minute walk and through a quiet, lovely neighborhood.After enjoying a sunny day at the beach, hang around until evening and watch the incredible sunset. Then if you are still not ready to endyour fun day of swimming, just return to the house where the cozy patio area has a lovely plunge pool - fun night or day! This place is so fun and relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend it!

We had the most wonderful time staying in this gorgeous home. You feel a sense of tranquility and serenity the moment you open the door. This spacious home feels very airy and open with a color palette that complements the stunning emerald colored waters of the ocean. It is beautifully furnished with the most comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood itself is very nice and peaceful, with many people out walking and riding bikes. This impeccably decorated home is perfect for family vacations or any group of people needing a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend!

It was a wonderful house to stay in with my family! We enjoyed it so much. Very clean and roomy for everyone. About a 4 minute walk to the beach.
The only issue we had was with the pool wasn’t clean, so I contacted the Property Manager and they sent someone over the next day. Very nice. Highly recommend!

This gorgeous home is located within walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. I was relaxed from the moment I drove up. Once you open the door, you’re enveloped in a welcoming embrace of calm and relaxation. The amenities are first rate, five star. The open living and dining area make it easy to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is supplied with careful attention to guests needs. The bedrooms are exquisitely decorated containing very comfortable king or queen beds. The backyard has a gorgeous patio where you can read a book, get into the heated pool or just relax. This is the perfect vacation home! Great for family vacations or any other small or large group! Can’t wait to go back!

This house is Amazing! This is a beautiful home in a great location. It's an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable with multiple living areas to gather or relax . Great location for easy access to 30A to go visit Seaside, Destin and Panama City Beach. The house is very well equipped for all you daily home needs. Whether you need to relax and/or celebrate with family and friends this holiday home is perfect! The bedrooms are luxurious and the showers so spacious and enjoyable! We had a wonderfull time during a week at Transcendence by the Sea. This house is absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the back patio/pool area. We have been staying in the Sea Grove area for 15 years and this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. We will be back!

My extended family and I had a delightful time at Transcendence by the Sea! With 5 adults and 1 child we had ample space to be together for meals and board games. We also had plenty of space to spread out to recharge when each of us needed quiet time. The kitchen was a chef's area with great appliances/tools and plenty of dishes. The bikes were a great bonus - we had Tour de Block, which was a blast. The support team responded quickly to all of our questions. We only wish we had more time to explore the little town more - the restaurants were great and the people lovely. We would definitely stay at this location again.

My family had a great stay at Transcendence by the Sea. The home was beautiful and everything was nice and clean. The only thing we would suggest is a TV in the living room and directions on how to work the audio system.

Near Perfect & STUNNING Rental Home!

As the second renters of this house, we were thrilled with so many aspects of it: the high-end appliances and cookware, the beautiful furnishings, the exceptional is more beautiful and well-built than most primary homes I've seen. While we encountered a few "Punch list" items which are to be expected with brand new homes, 30A Luxury Vacations were beyond responsive and accommodating. Though the pool is small, it was perfect for our 7, 4 & twin 1.5 year olds, though I wouldn't think it would please children much older than 8 or 9. However, the beach is so close, I don't think most children would mind. The location is excellent in terms of proximity to beach towns like Seacrest & Rosemary; we rented a street-legal golf cart and took it to every town up and down 30A! The only concern (and why I gave a 4-star rating to safety) was that the house sits just off a very sharp and blind curve on a rather busy, albeit side, street, as it is the only road to get to the beach for many homes off 30A. In addition the driveway is partially unpaved rendering ride-on toys unusable and the bike path, unfortunately, didn't extend as far as this house. However, that was the ONLY downside to this house. (One more thing: though this house has an adorable bunk room, it doesn't have a bathtub. We found the oversized laundry room sink served as an excellent alternative for our little ones, though. In all, I'd rent this house again in a heartbeat. And I will definitely not rent from anyone but 30A Luxury Vacations again.
