Minimalist chic, modern design, and casual coastal vibes combine to create a breathtaking oasis at The Georgetown 403— a classic condominium located in the convenient center of Rosemary Beach. With space for eight, this elegant home is ideal for couples or families traveling together, as the thoughtfully designed layout allows for plenty of privacy. You’ll also enjoy being close to nearly everything— the delicious local-favorite restaurants, the casual coffee cafes, the eclectic shops, and of course the glittering turquoise waves of the Gulf.

In the stylish main living area, the sofa and armchairs are soothing shades of cream and gray, creating a luxurious yet completely comfy spot to curl up with a good book or movie. Doors leading out to the sunny balcony also allow the sunlight to flood the interior space, while artistic light fixtures add even more illumination.

A dining table with seating for six is accompanied by a built-in sideboard/wet bar with a wine fridge and shelves filled with glass stemware. The bright, pristine kitchen features an island with bar stool seating. Dove gray cabinets, gleaming quartz countertops, and a herringbone-tiled backsplash combine to create an elegant yet completely efficient space for preparing the morning coffee and warm blueberry muffins. Premier, stainless appliances include a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Wolf gas range.

The Georgetown 403 features two bedrooms suites, each located on either end of the home for maximum privacy. The primary suite has a luxe king-size bed set against a charcoal-gray upholstered headboard and facing the HDTV. The ensuite primary bathroom is accessed by two sliding barn doors and includes a dual marble-topped vanity, deep soaking tub, and step-in shower. The secondary suite also has a king-size bed, HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with a freestanding tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower— as well as access to the balcony. Two additional sleeping spaces include a bunk nook in the hallway with a twin-over-twin berth and a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and HDTV.

The sun-kissed balcony spaces at The Georgetown 403 provide sweeping views of charming Rosemary Beach and remind you that you are right in the center of one of the most picturesque coastal towns. Step out your door and onto the cobblestoned streets— and take a stroll to the beach for the day, or perhaps an afternoon of shopping and a leisurely lunch at a nearby cafe. In the evening, walk to dinner and an outdoor concert. It’s all right at your fingertips at The Georgetown 403. This home also boasts 4 private community swimming pools and a dedicated, covered parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very roomy and beautifully decorated. Kitchen has anything you could possibly want to use. Furniture and beds are really comfortable. Loved the area and didn’t need to drive anywhere—shops and restaurants all very close. Very short walk to the beach where there is a ramp for easy access. Mgt staff was quick to reply to my texts. Would definitely return.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was spacious, very well, decorated and very clean. The location can’t be beat within a stones throw to all the shops, restaurants, and beach access.

Everything was well taken care of. The unit was huge and offered plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect for us and allowed us to be close to all that we wanted to do daily. We will be back!

Rental was great, highly recommend. Property was in good condition, clean, very convenient location on Barrett Square, and had well-appointed kitchen. Property management was helpful in getting early check-in. Only complaint was hearing leaf blower very early in the morning.
