Description

Far from simply an ordinary vacation rental home, Gilligan’s Island is a veritable estate! With a main home and guest home totalling 10 bedrooms and 10 bath and accommodating up to 28, this compound is a perfect size for an extended family reunion, or several families travelling together.

The nearly modest exterior offers just the slightest hint of the amazing expanse of home and privacy fenced yard that awaits you! From the four levels of covered and furnished patios and decks on the main home to the built-in private pool, there are surprises at every turn at Gilligan’s Island. The green space beyond makes for the perfect corn-hole court, with the game already in place for guests.

The interior evokes the feeling of a New England summer, with classic whitewashed walls and colorful pops of ocean blue throughout. The large great room houses an intimate living space with large HDTV and dining space for the whole family with seating at two tables for up to 20, and an additional 4 at the kitchen island. A separate den/game room sits on the top level, with large sofas, two HDTVs, an air hockey table and additional game table, with a wet bar. Step outside and up the spiral staircase to take in the forever Gulf view from the 4th story viewing area with bench seat and 4 seat high top table.

The kitchen is equipped for a crowd, with dual stainless steel refrigerators and dishwashers. Other features here include a professional oven and large pantry.

From the second floor up to the top, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf sparkling just yards away.

The guest carriage house is a second fully-contained residence with living room and dining seating for 4, a galley style kitchen with full appliances in stainless steel and 2 ensuite bedrooms, one queen and 1 with a bunk set.

We loved everything about this property. As a group of 20 that have rented large houses for many years this one was definitely one of our favorites. Sleeping arrangements were great. Location was perfect for our group. Will definitely rent this house again.

Gilligan’s Island was simply the Best rental home we’ve rented on 30A. It fit out large family vacation needs to a tee! Main home was spacious and well appointed! Beds were some of the Most Comfortable experienced! Property was Super clean and well maintained. Carriage house was a plus for our older kids and those who needed to have a quieter area to work! Just lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! The pool was exceptional and the pool heater did the job every day... keeping the pool temp at 89...family of all ages took advantage of this amenity. Corn hole set up was very nice and lots of fun. This is just an Outstanding rental property very close to Inlet beach and walking distance to Rosemary! 30A Luxury Vacation is a really well run, customer focused property management company!!! Can’t say enough good things about their responsive to any issues! We have rented via this company for a number of years and have been consistently outstanding both with the quality and value of their properties as well as their professionalism and responsiveness to any issue! This is was just an Outstanding Family December vacation...thanks to Gilligan’s Island and 30A Luxury Vacations! We will Return!

Everything was perfect! The management team is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with!! I even left my jewelry there, and the house keeping manager found it, and they mailed it back to me!! The house is emasculate! We plan to have this house again next year!!! Thank you so much!!

had 22 girls stay in this house for my bachelorette party and it was AMAZING. so close to the beach, great price for so much space, and very comfortable beds! we had everything with needed.

We had an amazing vacation staying at Gilligan's Island! We had six families, 12 adults and 13 kids (5 and under)! We never felt to crowded and had plenty of space. The pool was amazing and the location to the beach and town were great. When we had an issue with a smoke alarm needing a battery change and ants in the grass, the company quickly came to assist us. We are hoping to come back again next year!

Wonderful family house.. main house and second cottage accommodates 30 easily 2 or 3 of everything washer dryer frig dishwashers. 4 stores w coats deck each floor is perfect for each family fully stocked with pool toys and games easy bike ride or walk to Main Street in rosemary beach only 2 blocks to beach

Where do I begin?? It was an amazing house and trip. We had 28 people (16 adults, 12 teens) and had PLENTY of room. The six master suites are spacious and perfect for the 6 couples. Four people stayed in the carriage house and the bunk beds on the third floor gave plenty of room for all of the teens. The kitchen area was huge and nice when we all mingled down for breakfast. The beach is a very short walk and you can go back and forth to the house with ease to replenish refreshments. :-)
The layout of the house is perfect. We used the bikes each day and ordered more from a local company. We did have the pool heated since it was March. The rental company was quick to respond for any questions or small issues. It was a PERFECT trip. Definitely will book this house again!! LOVED IT!!

We had five families and plenty of room in this spacious home. The location is great--easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary and the beach. The carriage house is a nice bonus, as is the rooftop deck with beautiful views. There were a few minor issues that the rental company addressed or plans to address. Overall the home exceeded our expectations!

Perfect space for our group! We enjoyed coffee and talking in the morning in the family room. The dining area was excellent and allowed the moms at one table and the kids at the other. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. And, we really did cook ALOT during the week including 4 full dinners for everyone and an array of breakfast needs. The bedrooms were beautiful- designed perfectly with large groups in mind with plenty of space for even a small family to stay in one bedroom. The third floor was AMAZING! The best space for teens/young adults to all be together- play games, hang out, get ready and the mess it out of site.
We used the Carriage House as well. Loved having this space when we needed a quiet moment for a movie, work meeting, zoom conference and of course- we needed more bedrooms for our group, so this was perfect. We went to the beach every day. The walk is just a few minutes and our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up every day for us. We used the pool every day too. I recommend getting the heat for full enjoyment of the pool. We used all 6 bikes every single day. And, took a morning bide all the way to Watercolor one day. The biking 30A is easy, fun and beautiful. Lots to do along the way, plenty of shops and restaurants. Walking to Rosemary Beach downtown is super fast and easy too. We did that every day and one night we all walked to Rosemary for ice cream. The kids biked or walked for coffee, breakfast stuff and donuts nearby every day. The location is PERFECT!!! Whether you relax the whole day or stay on the go- you’ll love this beach house. Enjoy!!! ���� ��

Great house for our family of 17 vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and kids loved “arcade” room. House, pool, grounds perfect. Very clean; very responsive management company. Easy walk to beach; 3 minute bike ride to heart of Rosemary. Plan to rent again.

The house was exactly as pictured and then some! House had ample dishes/towels/silverware/beds/washers ect. More then you’d assume. We love to cook and had all the things we needed!
Management was incredibly responsive and helpful and addressed any needs albeit small- immediately.
House was immaculate and location was prime!
We would love to come back!!

We had three generations of our family stay at the house. Old to the youngest thoroughly enjoyed all the accommodations. The kitchen and dining tables were everyone’s favorite. The beds were also on everyone’s favorite. Would recommend the house highly. Especially liked the location! The staff was “Johnny on the spot” for any issues.

We had a great time! 3 families- 15 people total. Everyone had enough space to spread out. The Coach house made it even better with the amount of extra living space. The walk to the beach access was even shorter than the pictures depict. Kids rode into Rosemary every day. Donut hole was right down the street. Management was responsive during the busy day in helping with the sonos speaker set up. Kitchen was stocked! Game room was an added bonus!

We had an absolute blast at Gilligan's Island with our seniors for their senior spring break. It wasn't exactly how we planned it with the pandemic but this place was so big and beautiful, it made no difference. We had a few issues with it being a brand new house but they were handled promptly. I highly recommend this place for the time of your life!!
