Whether as additional accommodations to the on-site Highland Cottage or a luxury getaway all by itself, the Highland Carriage House provides an elegant simplicity that will both charm and delight you.

Located just steps from the Racquet Club, tennis courts and Sky pool, the Highland Carriage House is in the middle of exclusive Rosemary Beach. Originally conceived as a planned community, you’ll notice that every home here has an inviting wrap-around porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and sweet tea in the afternoon.

Exceedingly pedestrian-friendly, wind your way through the secret pathways between the homes and carriage houses for a romantic stroll. Spend a day on the sugar sand beach and the evening wandering through the New Orleans-inspired Town Center.

The town of Rosemary Beach also features 4 separate pools strategically located within the community, available for all residents and guests.

Known as a foodie destination, you’ll enjoy the variety of delicious restaurants, from romantic special occasion spots to casual beachside joints and everything in between.

Back at your carriage house, you’ll ascend a flight of steps and enter your cozy nest through a covered portico. A separate covered deck off the living room offers a scenic view of the community.

The spacious living room offers a lovely conversation area with a comfortable convertible sofa and two side chairs. Enjoy your favorite show or a great movie on the HDTV.

The living space is awash in natural light, casting a warm and inviting glow over the whole area. A dining table for four is tucked in the corner, overlooking the outdoors.

The kitchen, while not large, offers everything needed to prepare a full meal, including an under-the-counter refrigerator, a full-size stove and dishwasher, and a microwave.

The cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed and another HDTV. The fun retro-style bath, with its checkerboard tiles, is ensuite.

Property is as seen in photos, SUPERB economization of space. Our family is small but we had ample room for all of us. The garage space was greatly appreciated,in additon we loved the trees surrounding the windows. The AC Was cold and the property was very clean upon our arrival.
The shower needs to be remodeled but other then that the property is very charming and secluded. Loved our 5 day stay!!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything, however we loved using the provided bikes a lot as well! The ac was great and it felt nice and cool walking into our place. Very clean, no bugs, perfect for two! Would def recommend!

Carriage house with lots of character and charm. Location is at most a 5 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, while still being in a quiet area just off of 30A. Home had all the modern amenities and was absolutely spotless.

This rental was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and within 5-10 minute walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, pools, and beach. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I stated at the carriage house for our "baby moon". This unit fit our needs perfectly. It was small, yet spacious for 2 people. Plenty of natural light and very cozy. The property is a short walk to the beach. No complaints.

Nice place and convenient to everything. TV was only problem. It is a Roku set up and has multiple controls. It would have been nice to just have plain old cable tv.
Very clean. Nice having bathroom off bedroom.

The Carriage house was just as described—close to beach, pools, downtown and perfect for couple or small family (we have a baby). The check in process was easy and stress free. As stated before in other reviews, the refrigerator is small and doesn’t close properly, it’s very loud when someone opens the garage door as the house is above the garage and sun is quiet bright in the bedroom. All of those issues were manageable and we knew about it. What was unacceptable were the bugs. We saw a cockroach on our second night. We informed them and they had someone spray the next afternoon (we weren’t there so we never physically saw him) the next day, several more in the kitchen. I reached out to them again without any word or response. We ended up leaving a day early without room compensation. Would not recommend staying here until bugs properly handled.

My husband and I had a great stay at the carriage house. Location is perfect as we could walk everywhere. It was the perfect size for the two of us and our infant.

Beautiful carriage house that was perfect for our family. We did not use the bikes provided because we brought our own. The location was perfect and we biked everywhere and played tennis at the club next to the house. Loved the Amavida coffee that was provided.

30A Luxury once again makes traveling easy, even in the midst of a panademic and rioting across our nation. The carriage house was well located, beautifully decorated and a much needed get away. Cleanliness was a top priority during this time and we felt like they did an excellent job with sanitizing and keeping us informed on what was being done. Weather was perfect and Rosemary is always such a welcoming fabulous town. We will be back and will once again reach out to the 30A Luxury experts first.

The carriage house was very comfortable for two people. It is well appointed and a great location - easy to access the beach and the town center. The mgmt company was very responsive to any issues we had. I would definitely stay in the carriage house again!
