Built to be the personal beach home of the architect, no detail has been overlooked in this elegant and charming vacation home. Enter the first floor through the courtyard to be greeted by three luxurious bedrooms, each accompanied by an ensuite bath. The Master suite with a king bed offers all the privacy of its own wing. We had a great time! Low-key girls weekend that felt like we were in a bubble. The home was accommodating for 10 people to sleep comfortably. We were a 4 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the shops and restaurants. I definitely plan on booking a vacation to Rosemary Beach again with my family.

Our family and grandkids enjoyed out stay at Highland Cottage! The home is beautiful and well appointed. We also enjoyed the amazing courtyard/outdoor area! The location was perfect for us next to the tennis center and the beach a short walk away. We plan to return soon to Rosemary and would definitely rent Highland Cottage again if it’s available!

Seemed very clean. 2nd Floor Living and Kitchen was nice with all the balconies and windows. Quick walk to beach from the house which is right off 30A. Patio looked great but never had a chance to use it.

We loved this property so much! It was perfect for a girl's weekend away. The living area upstairs was super comfortable and spacious and lead right into the kitchen. We liked having all the bedrooms downstairs. The location was also perfect - we overlooked the farmer's market and it was a super quick walk to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for a girls trip for 8 of us. It's right on the corner which makes it so easy to get to — just blocks to the beach, a great walk to Alys Beach. It was clean and the 30A team was so great to work with.

The home was beautiful and very clean. It was a great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We drank coffee on the balcony every morning and had cocktails under the string lights in the private courtyard every night. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our 6th stay in Rosemary Beach and first on North side of 30A. The home is fantastic: well appointed, quality beds, well equipped kitchen & plenty of space. The location is quite noisy with traffic from 30A, public parking and Water street...especially during Spring Break. The courtyard is a lovely space, but again noisy & the furniture needs a little repair. Overall I would rent this place again, just not during busy season.

House/cottage is beautiful and spacious. The courtyard is also beautiful where we had a barbecue and played cornhole We loved the great location: next to racket club, across from the great lawn, and walkable to beach and restaurants.
We had a couple AC issues while there and it was addressed immediately! Service was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend 30a Luxury and The Highland Cottage. The management company was great. Given all the uncertainty around travel, they were very flexible and understanding. Their approach to service and cleanliness was the reason we decided to take this vacation. It was a great decision! The house was spotless and lovely. 30A was easy to work with...loved the app and all the information on it...the house was well laid out, beautiful detail inside. It was a bit noisy being right by 30A, but loved being by the green and the town.

I recommend the Highland Cottage to vacationers headed to Rosemary Beach, FL. It's a well kept, well appointed, nicely designed and conveniently located property just off the town square. The property was a perfect size for our party of 5 adults. It's a short walk to the beach and town square. Even a shorter walk to the fitness center, tennis courts and pools. Another outstanding visit to Rosemary Beach in a lovely home. The only issues we had were on arrival: a pile of garbage left in the garage, old toothpaste smeared on master bathroom sink and the master bathroom lights were out.
