Description

A lovely, luxurious three-level home that’s located within the premier Inlet Beach community, this breathtaking beach house keeps you close enough to the shore so you can hear the soothing wave sounds and breathe in the fresh, salty air, while also providing plenty of peace and privacy to relax and recharge. You’ll have space for up to 14 friends and family, plus lots of extras too— like bicycles, an elevator, and easy access to the beaches and nearby community swimming pool. Welcome to the Hotel California!

Let’s begin our tour on the third floor, where our favorite spot in the house is located. Outside through the glass door lies the penthouse-level TERRACE that allows for jaw-dropping views of the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, plus plenty of space for socializing. You’ll find you spend most of your time out here— grilling burgers on the grill, catching some sun on one of the lounge chairs, reading a book in the shade, or simply gazing out at the incredible views that surround you. It’s a dreamy spot to sip your morning coffee or serve your crew sunset happy hour cocktails.

Back inside in the LIVING AREA, a neutral sectional sofa sits underneath a gorgeous coffered ceiling and faces the large HDTV— an ideal spot to kick back with your family to binge-watch your favorite TV show.

In the KITCHEN, a glossy waterfall quartzite countertop creates the perfect center island with casual seating for four, while nearby the DINING SPACE has a table that seats 10 more. Premier appliances include a gas range, an in-drawer microwave, a dishwasher, and a huge refrigerator. A sparkling glass tile backsplash surrounds the chic open shelving, which holds pristine glassware and dishware.

Take the elevator or the stairs down to the second level, where you’ll find four serene bedroom suites. The laundry is also located on the second floor, off the hallway. In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, there’s a king-size four-poster bed plus an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity and an amazing “wet room” that includes a soaking tub and multiple shower heads. The three other BEDROOM SUITES each boast sumptuous king-size beds and FULL ATTACHED BATHROOMS— perfect for multiple couples traveling together.

On the lowest level, there’s a spacious BUNK ROOM with two twin-over-queen-size bunk beds and a large HDTV that the kids will adore. This fun room also includes an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM. Through a set of charming barn doors lies a SECONDARY LIVING AREA, complete with a comfy sofa, large HDTV, and even a KITCHENETTE with a fridge, ice maker, and sink for easy-peasy snack breaks.

Guests of Hotel California will also enjoy plenty of parking, including two driveway spaces and one garage space, plus six cruiser bicycles for exploring the area. You’ll also be steps away from the community swimming pool that is shared by only seven homes, and the white sand and warm waters of Inlet Beach. And for an afternoon of shopping or an evening of entertainment and delicious dining options, exciting Rosemary Beach is close by too.

This was a great rental! Very clean! Plenty of space for teenagers. Tons of beach chairs and beach toys. Quick walk to the beach! We practically lived on the upper-level outdoor area--it is huge and well appointed! Comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. The boys used the outdoor shower every day. 6 bikes! I would stay here again!

We had such a wonderful vacation at Hotel California. The bikes and short walk to the beach were a huge plus. The layout of the home with 3rd-floor living was so cool. We loved having those views. We'll be back soon!

We enjoyed the Hotel California! It was the perfect size for our 11 family members ages 2-70's! The elevator made unpacking easier and was great for those with mobility issues. The kitchen had absolutely every appliance and tool you could ask for. The laundry and kitchen were stocked with detergents and the bathrooms had plenty of soap, shampoo etc. The location was great. We loved this house!

We spent a week at Hotel California with a total of 4 couples. The 4 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the huge 3rd floor deck looking at the water and the beautiful kitchen were the selling points, but everything about the house was top notch. We had plenty of room to hang out together or in separate areas and the walk/bike to the beach and to Rosemary was super easy. We could not have had a better time!

The house is perfect in so many ways. The location is perfect; short walk to beach yet quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms large and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a popular place as you had 180 degree views of the gulf along with the attached outdoor space for relaxing while drinking coffee or grilling out. The house is truly remarkable and one to make memories with multiple families or one large family. We will definitely be renting again in the near future.

Hotel California was the perfect house for our extended family of 12! So much room for everyone. The home is gorgeous and the balcony has the most amazing view of the gulf! We will definitely book again!

Stayed here with 2 other families. Great house with younger kids in the group. We would do it again. Only downside is the house being built next door, but that should be done in 6 months or so.

Great Stay! We enjoyed the house very much. The elevator was such a big help with moving in and out and the decor was exactly our style. Beautiful roof top deck that allowed for a view of the water. Aly was a wonderful help with any questions we had. Great customer service from 30A!
