Description

Underneath beautiful bright blue skies, Pompano Dreams is where your family’s beach vacation fantasies come to vibrant life. Featuring multiple living areas, five serene bedroom suites, gorgeous gulf views, and even a private swimming pool— you’re never more than a few steps away from the sparkling sand and aquamarine water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main level GREAT ROOM is a space that invites the whole family to relax and reconnect. The design is impeccable yet laid back with a serene, neutral color palette and accents of natural wood. Pour yourself a cocktail and relax in one of the many plush armchairs surrounding the fireplace and huge HDTV.

Glossy wood floors lead right into the open KITCHEN and DINING AREA, with a formal table with seating for eight and casual bar stools with seating for four. A massive center island holds the farmhouse sink and premier dishwasher. Pristine white quartz countertops provide plenty of workspace while the custom, double-stack cabinets allow for tons of storage. The exquisite suite of appliances includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an in-drawer microwave, and a double gas range with a custom vent hood.

Down the hallway lies the first GUEST BEDROOM SUITE, with a heavenly king-size bed set against a classic shiplap wall and facing the large HDTV. In the ENSUITE BATHROOM, there’s a double vanity and an enormous, glass-enclosed step-in shower with multiple shower heads. Also on this main level is a POWDER ROOM.

Climb the stairs to the second floor, where the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE features a king-size bed sitting underneath gorgeous exposed wood beams. This peaceful space includes a sitting area with a fireplace, a large HDTV, and a stunning ENSUITE BATHROOM with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a step-in shower.

This second floor is also home to two more GUEST BEDROOM SUITES, each with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a private ENSUITE BATHROOM with double vanities and step-in showers. The final sleeping space is the BUNK ROOM, with a twin-over-twin-size bunk, a full-over-full-size bunk, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with two sinks and a tub/shower combo.

The genius design of Pompano Dreams not only allows for plenty of private sleeping spaces— but there are also lots of options for entertaining, too. The second level features a cozy SECONDARY LIVING AREA with a comfy sofa and HDTV. Then, on the third level, an endlessly fun-filled GAME/MEDIA ROOM features a Pac-Man arcade game, shuffleboard, a leather sectional sofa, an HDTV, and a screening room with HDTV, bean bags, and leather recliners. Outside is the soaring ALFRESCO LOUNGE and dining area, complete with a built-in grill, a wine fridge, and a sink. The gulf views from this penthouse-level terrace are truly magnificent, while the sea breezes make this one of the most popular spots in the house to unwind. This upper level also includes a convenient half bath.

Back downstairs on the ground floor, the private outdoor PATIO is home to an inviting plunge pool and covered lounge area. Guests of Pompano Dreams will also have access to the nearby community swimming pool.

The home is absolutely beautiful and very convenient to the public beach. You have bikes available to ride into Rosemary and a nice private pool to enjoy while not at the beach. The home is very clean and has plenty of space to enjoy. We loved sitting on the third floor patio looking at the water.

We had an amazing time spending 7 days at this amazing property. There were 10 ladies on our trip, and all of us were just thrilled.

From the lovely scent that greeted us in the AROMA360 system, to the luxurious beds, beautiful minimalist décor, the prompt response from the property managers, the quick walk to the beach, the easy walk or bike to Rosemary Beach - it was the absolute perfect vacation!

We LOVED the house. Everything was sparkling clean and working as described. Plenty of dishes to cook meals and ample fridge space as well as an ice maker. The beds were divine and so comfy. Water was always hot and the rain shower heads were an awesome feature as well as the large tub in the primary.

We loved every minute in our rental home, so much so, we extended our vacation. Pompano Dreams is a perfect place for families and friends to enjoy 30A. Our teen kids had plenty of room to hang and they loved having the bikes to ride to the beach or just around the block. The layout and location of the house is ideal. Easy walk to the beach! The management company was also impressive. Every question we had was answered within minutes. We had a small issue with a shower door not closing correctly, and they resolved it that same afternoon. We will be back! Thank you, 30A Luxury Vacations!

Our family had a blessed time at Pompano Dreams beach house. We have been vacationing on 30A for many years, but this trip, in this house, was one of our best weeks ever!! We love every detail of this property!! 30A Luxury Vacations was a dream to work with before, during and after our stay!

Beautiful and new home. Can't think of a better place to escape for a week with a larger group. Plenty of places to spread out and easy access to Rose Mary Beach.
They are currently doing a lot of construction in the area and have framed up houses all across the street so no longer get the same ocean views - but still easy beach access and beautiful location. Management company has remarkable communication. We will be back.

This home is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Note that the pictures show an unobstructed gulf view, but 3 homes are under construction between the home and beach now, so while you can see the water between them, it is not the unobstructed view pictured. There were a couple of maintenance issues but we didn't take the time to call while there and I'm sure they'd have been corrected if we did. Having said all that, we still felt the home was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Note that there are several chair set-up services that will set up at the nearest beach access (vs. the service recommended) if you wish to use that one! Other concierge services are amazing!

Excellent experience! Stunning decor in the house! The finest of everything in furniture and appointments. Extremely comfortable beds. The is a wired as a smart house. Everything works off of Wifi. Sonos internal sound system and TV's. It would be great if the owners could provide some instructions for the TV's in the - if the guests personal logins are required for the streaming networks. Some TV's in the house did not require logins and others did. Struggled to find basic news channels. Also, the owners need to provide some non-stick pans for breakfast specifically. They have nice saute' pans but not condusive to cooking eggs and bacon. Thanks!

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks from mid February to mid March, and everything about it was perfection. The location to the beach is a short walk, even with our 4 young kids. We went back and forth all throughout the day because it was so close! The home is beautiful but also comfortable and we felt so at home while we were there. We hated to leave and are looking forward to when we can come back!

Pompano Dreams was a FANTASTIC vacation spot. The location is great...very short walk to the beach - less than a block - and the beach access is a nice sloping ramp. NO STAIRS to the beach. Roll your wagon and cooler right down. The location is also an easily walkable distance to Rosemary.

The house itself is AMAZING. It is brand new and has so much space. There are gathering rooms with TVs on every floor so the kids can gather in one area watching movies, the ladies in one area watching their show and the men in yet another watching the big game. Top of the line appliances from the huge fridge all the way down to the toaster and beautiful frame TVs, whole house sound system, nice grill on the third floor deck with an ocean view, swanky spa-like showers, HUGE master on the second floor that is larger than my first apartment, heated plunge pool AND a full-size neighborhood pool.

Truly...everything you could ask for. The rental company even partners with a concierge service so you can have your groceries waiting for you when you arrive. Absolutely no complaints. This one is divine.

This place is so very beautiful! Incredibly close to the beach too. Looking to relax? You found your place. Looking to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy pristine beach? Look no further. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

This home is perfection. Every detail was thought out and it's stunning. The bunkbeds have individual TV's for the kids. The game room has shuffleboard and and arcade and there is even a media room. The outdoor 3rd floor deck is huge and grilling up there looking at the water while watching the sun go down was heaven. Everything 30A is within a few minutes away. The beach is pristine and less than a 5 minute walk. I can't say enough about this house. It's the nicest house we've ever stayed in and we have been going to 30A for 8 years. You will not be disappointed.
