With a lovely West Indies flair and an unmistakable Gulf Coast vibe, R&B Cottage and Carriage House is a warm and welcoming compound located on the peaceful eastern edge of Rosemary Beach. Boasting a deep front porch and surrounded by manicured landscaping, this dazzling island-style home has space for 10 and is seconds away from the charming downtown, the stunning Rosemary Sky swimming pool, Rosemary fitness center, tennis courts, and the gorgeous private beach.

A flagstone path leads up to the front door, which opens into the wide-open LIVING and DINING SPACES. With classic white shiplap walls, the LIVING AREA features a plush khaki sofa and matching armchairs. Behind the sofa is a rustic dining table with seating for ten, illuminated by a stunning chandelier. Outside through the glass doors is the SUNROOM with a game table perfect for mah Jong or a family card game. Catch the game on the new brand new 65" QLED mounted in the sunroom. After a sun and sand-filled day at the beach, you’ll want to kick off your flips flops and relax in the spacious COURTYARD with a glass of wine and some good friends.

The gleaming hardwood floors continue into the bright, pristine KITCHEN. Here, double-stacked white shaker cabinets provide plenty of storage space, and the classic quartz countertops provide the workspace. A small center island has seating for two, and the appliance suite includes a premier gas range, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a high-efficiency dishwasher. On Sundays, you can stroll over to the 30A Farmer’s Market— then head back home to prepare fresh blueberry pancakes for your crew.

Upstairs, there are three private and peaceful bedrooms. The first is the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, which features a divine king-size bed and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a separate tub and step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM includes an inviting king-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds. Another FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway.

What makes this home truly special is the quaint CARRIAGE HOUSE, located above the garage. This convenient space is ideal for groups that include inlaws or older children who are looking for a bit more privacy, but still want to stay close! There’s a living area with an HDTV, a kitchenette with a drawer fridge and sink (no microwave), a king-size bed, and a loft area with a queen-sized bed. The FULL BATHROOM has a tub/shower combo.

The ideal location of R & B Cottage and Carriage House means that guests will enjoy all the serenity and privacy of this magnificent space, while still being able to stroll or bike to Barrett Square for dinner and shopping. Great stay at R&B cottage and carriage house

This was our second visit to this property and we absolutely love it! The location is ideal and only a short walk to the beach. The house is very well maintained and furnished. Our older kids love the privacy of the carriage house. We had no issues with anything during either of our stairs and I found the staff at 30 a luxury vacations to be very responsive and friendly. They communicate via text message very clearly and all of the instructions are easy to follow.
Overall, this is an excellent property and I would highly recommend it to any family visiting Rosemary Beach. Numerous restaurants and shops are a short walk or bike ride.

We had an amazing time at the R&B house! It was the rest and relaxation we needed. The proximity to shopping in Rosemary, the fitness center and of course the beach is hard to beat! R&B felt like our home away from home and we loved every minute of it!

Rosemary beach is great. We love the family atmosphere. We have been multiple times and the houses have been fantastic. 30A vacations handles everything. Definitely coming back.

We had multiple family member stay here -grandparents to grandkids. There was room for everyone. The sunroom was a great area for the kids to play in , while adults visited in the living room
We were kept informed of anything happening to the house, trash dates, once a maintenance man came by.

We loved this rental so much! Our family of 6 and another family of 4 had plenty of room. The house has such a great layout - there were plenty of different spots for people to spend time in so it never felt crowded.
The location is wonderful! We could walk to the beach, to the pool, to the shops and the restaurants - even our 3 year old walked most of the time. We only used our car once to head to Publix, which felt like a win with a lot of kids!
The home was clean, beautiful, and everything worked well. There were extra beach and pool toys to choose from in the garage and the courtyard and patio were so nice for spending time outside.
Overall, this home is absolutely worth it! We hope to be back!

Let me start about by saying that the communication by the property management was outstanding! We encountered a few minor issue upon check in and our initial stay, all of which were immediately addressed and rectified.
The home and separate loft area above the garage was a perfect location for our college age kids. The main house was spacious, well appointed, and had all necessary kitchen items for home cooking(though with fabulous restaurants a short walk away, we rarely needed them!). We had 6 teenagers and my wife and myself. More than enough room for all to spread out! Outdoor area was beautiful and spacious (and all enclosed).Perfect location near tennis courts, work out facilities, and one of
pools. The short walk (or even shorter bike ride) to the town square and beach was also a bonus. Owners offer parking for up to 4 cars(two on site and two parking passes).
Check in/out was very simple.
I would recommend this property without reservation!

This is one of the most amazing family friendly beach homes we have stayed in at Rosemary. Our family has been coming to Rosemary beach for over 20 yrs and by far the proximity of this super accommodating beach home is sublime. The carriage house was perfect for our young adults with all the amenities inside and out. We so happened to have a potential olympic swimmer in the family and was more than excited to be close to the sky pool, as she was able to practice everyday. Our absolute fav!!

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. The cottage was a perfect choice for us. It was conveniently located a short walk from the beach and had all the amenities that we needed. It was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Our kids especially loved the carriage house and the enclosed courtyard. My interactions with the 30A luxury vacation rental company were always positive. They were pleasant, helpful, and responsive to all of our requests. Overall it made for a wonderful vacation and we will definitely return and rent the same property again in the future.Thank you!

Lovely beach house and cottage. Was perfect for our family. Couple with infant stayed in cottage with rented infant crib on upper level. Rest of family in main house. Kitchen extremely well equipped, plenty of seating. Loved the sunroom area where we opened doors some evening for feel of alfresco dining. The beautiful patio also a plus. Super clean. will return. steps away from exercise studio and sky pool and short walk to beach. Great location

I highly recommend the R&B Cottage and Carriage House! It was our annual 'girl's trip and we couldn't have had a better experience. The carriage house was perfect for our millennials! Us older girls had plenty of room in the cottage. The only downside was the parking. There wasn't quite enough room to parallel park the second car so it had to be parked in the 3 hr parking lot the whole trip. It wasn't a problem-we just didn't use that car. Great house!!

We got a call a few weeks prior to our travel letting us know that the place we had booked was still under renovation. We were offered a few alternatives and R & B had just come on the rental market so there wasn't much information. We took a chance and are so grateful we did. Charm, character and warmth are how I would describe this lovely home. Loved the carriage house so everyone could have their space. Well equipped and comfortable places to sit throughout. We had a few minor bumps like all rentals but 30A was amazing to work with. It was our first time to Rosemary and the town and beach are enchanting!
