Description

Named for the gracious southern city, the Savannah Building is an elegant and luxurious property tucked into the hub of Rosemary Beach and surrounded by charming cobblestone streets, quaint shops, and delicious cafes. Savannah 1E is a quintessential 30A condominium with an unmistakable luxe, beachy vibe. Your family will be close to nearly everything while being tucked serenely above it all in pure comfort and privacy. This spacious two-bedroom unit has sleeping space for six people.

The open living and dining areas have a classic style filled with comfy, chic details. Two over-stuffed sofas and two refined armchairs face a built-in bookshelf housing a flatscreen television. Nearby, the dining area has a farmhouse-style dining table with seating for six and a fireplace. The kitchen is wide open to the living area, ideal for families. An L-shaped island is topped with gleaming marble and has additional casual bar seating for three. Glass French doors lead out to the sun-kissed terrace.

There’s sleeping space for six people at Savannah 1E, spread out over two master suites and an additional bunk berth. The first master suite has a king-size bed dressed in crisp white linen and faces a flatscreen television. A unique sunroom has built-in bench seating. You’ll find a spa-like, glass-enclosed shower and double vanity in the en suite bathroom. The second master suite also has a king-size bed and flatscreen television. The attached bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and rustic wood vanity. A twin-over-twin-size bunk bed sleeping berth is built into the hallway and will be a huge hit with kids of all ages.

In the morning, take your steaming mug of fresh coffee out to your private terrace and watch the pastel sunset light up the sky. In the evenings, host a twilight happy hour on the patio while the sun goes down. It’s a lovely spot to soak up the sun, relax in the shade, take in the show-stopping views, feel the gentle sea breeze, and watch the hustle and bustle of Rosemary Beach below.

When you’re ready for adventure, all of the magic of Scenic Highway 30A is right outside your door at Savannah 1E. The Gulf of Mexico's sandy beach and turquoise water are about a 3-minute walk away. The sparkling Barbados and Coquina pools are each a 5-minute stroll from your door. Award-winning golf courses and tennis facilities are close by. And, of course, delicious dining, casual cafes, and endless shopping are right around the corner. Condo looked the same as in the photos. Walkable location to the shops, restaurants and beach. Manager very responsive. Would recommend this property others and would stay here again. Unit was well stocked but I would recommend adding beach towels and beach chairs to keep in the unit for renters to use. Packing beach towels take up too much luggage space and renting beach chairs is an unnecessary additional expense when they could be provided at the unit.

Condo was as advertised. Nice Kitchen, Bedrooms and Living room. Patio is tight but adequate for 3 folks.
Minor items: range over stove is huge ( a few folks bumped head on it). Smoke alarm sounded cooking every meal..??
Shame there is no where to grill.
Overall, a very nice stay and super convenient location.

This is our favorite vacation rental in Rosemary, so far. We took my father-in-law with us and the layout was perfect for that! We had our side, he had his side. The convenience of walking to all of our favorite Rosemary places is unmatched!

We just had the most incredible stay at this vacation rental in Rosemary Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of cleanliness and the high-end touches that graced every corner of this beautiful home. We instantly felt at home.

The amenities were top-notch, exceeding our expectations. From the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable bedding, every aspect of this rental was designed for comfort and convenience.

We had a wonderful time- this is our third trip to Rosemary, and this condo was by far the best. It is clean, spacious, well-appointed and in a wonderful location. We especially loved that there were two en-suite bathrooms.

The unit was very clean, nicely appointed and spacious! Check-in process was very easy but the unit wasn't ready on time. The parking space right in back of the unit was very convenient and there were four bicycles with locks for our use. The unit was up one flight of stairs and there was an elevator nearby. The front door closes real slow and makes quite a racket when closing automatically but we soon got used to waiting and holding it to close quietly so as not to disturb the neighbors.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a large closet with a few hangers. Bring your own if you have a lot of hanging clothes. There is a sun-room off of the master with bench seating which can be closed off. We found the master bath to be very nice with two sinks and a walk-in shower. We would suggest installing a couple of towel hooks.
The second bedroom is much smaller as is the on-suite bathroom. We would recommend lining the shades in the second bedroom to provide more privacy and shielding from light.
Immediately outside the second bedroom are two bunk beds which be great for young kids and there is a powder room immediately across the hall from the bunk beds.
The kitchen had ample utensils, plates, etc but had limited room for dry goods as there is no pantry. Loved the Sub-Zero fridge!!!
The family and dining area were wonderful and very comfortable. We had a little difficulty with the living room TV and suspect there may be a loose wire.
The patio had a nice view of the ocean past the rear alley but only had three chairs.
I think one of the best features of this unit was the location!!! We were just steps from five very fine restaurants and the front entrance was right on main street just a few yards away from the Pearl hotel.
The access card provided for beach access worked fine every time and the beach was fantastic. We ended up buying chairs and and umbrella on the way to the unit from Fort Walton which was much less than paying the rental

Great, spacious condo in convenient location. Two Master suites. Comfortable living area and great deck (view of ocean). Generous supply of bath towels.

The front door closes excruciatingly slow and then slams, so be patient early morning or late at night to avoid disturbing neighbors. Wish there was a keurig for faster coffee and individual customization (weak vs strong).

For those flying into town, it’s a small airport with limited flight choices. You’ll likely arrive in town early and have to figure out what to do with your luggage until check in (promised at 5 pm but they texted us several hours early). The property mgmt office will hold your luggage so you can begin your fun before check in.

This condo was perfect for us. You’ll love it.

I have to admit that I am a little apprehensive when renting a place online. There’s usually always something that doesn’t match up to what is advertised. That was not the case with this condo! It was beautifully decorated with very high-end furniture and appliances. The beds were very comfortable...we slept so well. We loved the location! It was super close to shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at another unit in the Savannah, and this was the better one. We walked in, and the unit was spotless! Couch cushions turned up, TV on to relaxing music. Much cleaner than the other unit. The condo flows well and has great windows and natural lighting and several overlooks/balconies. It's so easy to go down the elevator, and you are right on Main Street. 4 bikes are available to ride. It has everything you would want. We had great communication throughout with 30A Luxury vacations and the unit owner.

The only con to the location is that the garbage trucks will wake you up before you want to - around 5:12 AM Monday and 6:15 AM Tuesday. So just know that going in.

Overall, we highly recommend this property! Would stay here again.

We loved Savannah 1E. It was easy walk to the beach, into town and more. Bikes were easily stored behind the building. We appreciated having the parking space out back and the additional tag for street parking. It was noisy in the morning as the deck is in the back alley of the Pearl Hotel, so there are delivery trucks, etc. Lots of beeping but it didn't wake us up - just wasn't peaceful. This condo would be perfect for two couples or a family with littles. The twin bunks are deceiving in pictures -- they are not actually in a room but rather in a hallway so that would make bedtime difficult. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we need. Just don't count on the bunk beds for anyone over the age of 5! Everything was clean and it's very spacious in case the weather doesn't cooperate. Would stay again!

It was a perfect vacation! The views from the balcony were wonderful, and when we arrived everything was spotless and beautifully decorated (unlike other rentals that are damaged and unsanitary)! The condo also came with all the cooking tools we needed (blender, spatula, ladle, knives, etc.) which my family finds very useful. I really enjoyed sitting on the several balconies, all the views were beautiful and different! I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay! It was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Love this property. Great location, great views, great interior. Bunk beds are for children only, so keep that in mind. The team at 30a luxury rentals was fantastic. For some reason there was only one wine glass. I texted and within 2 hours we had 8!!

The main issue was missing towels when we showed up. The condo
Was great. At night there was a BAD cockroach issue. I would go into the kitchen during the night snd turn on the lights and there would be 10 or so roaches on counters and walls. We never felt comfortable using the cookware or glasses after seeing that.

It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the location and the amenities it offered. We found out that we paid over $5,000 more than the unit below us and that was hard to swallow. We felt we overpaid but when we found out by how much it was troubling to hear. Overall, we were told that the unit needed extra time to clean and yet, the oven stovetop looked as though it was untouched. We also had a challenging time with the door being locked. While the management team was very professional, responsive and helpful, I do not believe we would recommend this unit to anyone because we over paid, BY A LOT. The challenges of cleanliness were hard to overlook considering the amount we paid. At the premium price, the unit should have been spotless. We thank you for a great vacation.

Awesome location! In the middle of everything yet, still very quiet and private. Home was very clean and very well stocked with all our needs. Publix delivered groceries within an hour, home/property manager was very responsive and helpful. The ONLY thing I would do differently is book my flights/stay more accordingly to check in/out times~5pm check in and 9am check out! Will return & stay longer!!
