Description

Climb the stately front staircase up to the deep, welcoming, arched portico. The double front door opens to the main living area, featuring neutral slip-covered furnishings, dark hardwood floors, and elegant wainscoting. There’s a large flatscreen HDTV here as well for screening classic old movies or catching up on your favorite TV show.

Around the corner lies a casual dining space and a beautifully designed custom kitchen. Featuring a farmhouse sink, designer lighting, a full suite of GE Cafe series appliances, and glass-front upper cabinets, the kitchen has all the modern luxuries you desire yet maintains the charming appeal of a vintage beach house. Seaglass-colored subway tiles on the backsplash and a bespoke island with a Vetrazzo recycled glass countertop add even more chic style to this already stunning space. Your whole crew will naturally gather here in the morning for banana pancakes and steaming mugs of fresh-brewed coffee, while you plan your lazy beach day.

Climb the staircase to the second level and the first of three private bedrooms. This bedroom is a cozy bunk room that the kids will adore— complete with two twin-over-twin bunk beds with handrails, ladders, and lighting fixtures that give the room an appropriately nautical feel, and glass doors leading out to the porch. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed set into an antique-inspired bedframe, doors leading out to the balcony, and an attached full bath with a step-in shower.

The primary bedroom suite is pristine and peaceful, with a peekaboo view of the gulf through the windows, a sumptuous king-size bed, and a dedicated office space to get a little work done— if you must. The ensuite primary bathroom includes charming blue cabinets, a double marble vanity, and a spacious step-in shower room with multiple shower heads. There’s also a cozy reading nook on this floor, a comfy day bed, and another full bathroom accessed from the hallway.

Seaglass Cottage is tucked into an exclusive community on the quieter east end of Rosemary Beach that allows you to park your car and forget about it— you can walk to nearly everywhere from here. Spend your days relaxing at the beach with a cold drink and a juicy novel, or take a bike ride to a local cafe for a late lunch and an ice cream cone. That evening, take a stroll to a delicious restaurant then head to a local craft brewery for a nightcap or two. We had a the best time staying between Christmas and just past the new year. House location was amazing to the beach, evening sunsets and tucked into a quiet spot of Rosemary. The house was fully stocked and well taken care of. Beautiful home and location!

Beautiful home. 100% as described and pictured. Short walk to the beach, and easy to navigate into town. Would absolutely rent again. Perfect for a long weekend get away.

We loved everything about Seaglass Cottage - the decor and furnishings, indoor and outdoor space, cleanliness and the location in the beautiful town of Rosemary Beach. Easy walks to in-town shops and restaurants, and less than a block from the beach. Two thumbs up for this exceptional cottage!

This is the 4th time I've stayed in Rosemary beach.Each time we rented a different cottage. Seaglass cottage is by far the nicest! It is close to the beach, & close to a pool. It was lovely!!

We had an amazing time at Rosemary Beach and the Beach house was convenient to everything we chose to do. We had a quick beach access and the village was a walk or bike ride away. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us. We will be back !

Overall a great house in excellent location. Just steps form the beach. Lacking a few basics, such as salt/pepper, no beach towels, no beach toys/chairs, so bring your own. But we liked our stay and would stay again. Rosemary is having an issue with pool cards. No one's pool card was working.

Great house! We enjoyed a great week away at Rosemary Beach! We were a party of 7 and the house fit us perfectly. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and had everything we needed! The proximity to the beach was outstanding, it really is a 15 second walk! The beds are some of the most comfortable i have stayed in. The decor was lovely and the back courtyard was a great place to relax.

My family of 4 and our nanny stayed here for four nights! We were very impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and overall feel of the home! The layout was perfect for us. It was nice having only one flight of stairs for hauling luggage and babies up and down. We were also only a few steps away from the neighborhood playground that we frequented ! The proximity to the beach was a dream. We loved entering the home from the back courtyard every day to the welcoming string lights and ambient fountain noises! The kitchen was extremely cute and well appointed. We have stayed on 30a dozens of times and this house is a new favorite!
