The Rental Experience from booking,"The Seaspell Sands," through 30A Luxury Vacations and the entire trip was a 10 out of 10! We can not wait to go back and visit this Spring at one of their properties on 30A! We have stayed in several rentals, but Seaspell Sands has been our favorite by far! The home itself is stunning! It’s spacious (yet super cozy) and extremely clean. Upon entering, it smelled like a spa and there was tranquil music being played throughout, which was a nice—and thoughtful—touch. It also had more amenities than expected like beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons, extra bikes, scooters for the kids, outdoor games, and beach bags in every room. The location is great, too. It is near lots of great restaurants, an urgent care facility and of course the most beautiful beach. This is a top-notch rental, and we plan to be back in the spring!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The home is well furnished and decorated beautifully. The beds are very comfortable. My little boys loved the bunk room. The gorgeous master is on the 3rd level (rest of bedrooms on 1st) so we couldn’t use that room since it was so separate from kids room. The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella in garage were very appreciated. The neighborhood pool is lovely and quiet. The beach access was challenging with little ones because Eastern Lake access wasn’t passable due to the lake water coming all the way to stairs. So we chose to drive to Grayton beach, Inlet beach and public Seagrove beach. Overall we had a very nice stay after the wifi issue was resolved. Highly recommend home. Plan ahead for beach if you have little ones.

In love this home. It was perfect for celebrating my 50th birthday. The home is big enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably I would say. We used every area of the home. The covered sitting area outside, oh my, you will not regret renting this home. How clean was it. Very clean, one of my main concerns, turned out not to be a concern. Issue-it is not as close to the beach as I would have liked. The closes entrance is Eastern Lake and you have to cross a lake to get to the beach. It wasn't that bad but my guest frowned upon it. So we ended up going to Grayton beach, which was fantastic.

Girls Trip Haven

This home was amazing for a reset, spiritual rejuvenation, and rest! Our girl's trip was epic in large proportion. The spaciousness and updated amenities made it even better. The beds slept wonderfully and all the furniture was modern, clean, and comfortable. The owners have done a fantastic job ensuring that families feel like they are home away from home. By far, this was the best trip to 30A accommodation-wise. We have decided to make this our annual girl's trip getaway haven. Already planning to return:-)

Our family has stayed at Seaspell twice and we plan to make it our annual vacation. It’s a grand villa in a gated community - really a compound within a compound - lots of privacy and parking and open space. Our group is four teens/collegiates + two single moms and this space has everything we need to keep us all happy, engaged, relaxed and safe. Beach, pool, bikes, fishing and incredible wilderness area to the back to explore. Walking/biking distance to everything we needed. Three separate floors plus a massive outdoor open air kitchen/lounge with grill and wine fridge (where I spent most of my time when not at beach or pool) and rooftop deck, where we spent magical sunset evenings. The middle floor is the heart of the home with an open chef’s kitchen on a wall of windows facing the beachside and large island bar and built in table. Our best nights and mornings began with everyone hanging around here while we cooked big beach breakfasts and dinners. The bedrooms are all lusciously appointed and the master is heavenly and private on the top floor. This home is perfect for our family and friends and has such a peaceful vibe. We’re lucky to have found it and look forward to our next vacation here together.

Home was great but think twice about renting it if you want easy access to the beach. We had to walk 15 min to gain beach access so we started driving but was tough to find beach access parking near by.
