We’ve been coming to Seacrest every thanksgiving for over five years and we thought this home was one of the best we’ve stayed at. Home was very clean, it was very well stocked, location was great and communication with 30A Luxury was fantastic. At first we thought we were a little far, but the location sets up for easy walks. My only gripe would be outside lighting is not very good. There is an awesome back porch with a grill and sitting area, but at night it was extremely dark. Front porch was a bit dim as well. But overall I would absolutely stay here again

This home is exceptionally clean with big spacious bedrooms and living area. Location is great, 3 minutes walk from community lagoon pool and 10-15 minutes walk from ocean. The community is very children friendly, kids playing and riding their bikes out on the streets, super relaxing, quiet at night. Security monitored the streets at night, felt very safe. Very well maintained community, looks beautiful.
Management company was very easy to reach, always available to answer phone calls, super friendly, very helpful and easy to work with.

Fun week at the Turquoise Turtle. Each of the four bedrooms had it's own bath, which works best for my family. It was just as the pictures portrayed. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Turtle! The house is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the grill and the bikes. We have stayed in Seacrest Beach before and find it very accessible to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again!

I have rented many homes over the years on 30a and this home is one of the best homes I’ve stayed in so far. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We stayed with 6 adults and 5 children all under the age of 4 and we had plenty of space. Communication was wonderful with the property manager. We were given all the necessary information we needed in a timely manner to access the house and all the amenities of the property. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Very nice home. Well stocked. Very clean. Easily slept our family of 7. Nice quiet street. 3 min walk to pool and 8 to ocean. Management company was very easy to work with. Only negative is the limited beach area dedicated to the Seacrest community. But a nice public beach is very close.

We loved the house, loved the area of Seacrest- restaurants, pool, rosemary- but the 240 feet of beach is not enough for that many people. Because of that- we would never stay at Seacrest again. It’s like you are crammed into one stretch of beach- the beach set up is a nightmare!

The house is off the charts. Everything you can possibly think of is supplied for, from different types of beverage glasses, to the most comfortable mattresses. The house is situated in the walking distance to the middle of the action, but with the aturdo preserve as it’s backyard it is in a serene and peaceful. Loved, loved, loved our stay there. So far it’s the best rental we’ve stayed at.

This house was PERFECT! The location was walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, and the beach, but it was also somewhat private because it backed up to the trees. The house came with 4 bikes which was very convenient. The Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to cook at home. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Our stay at Turqouise Turtle was so relaxing. The home is spacious and beautiful. The tram was located steps away so getting to the beach was quick and easy. Everything we needed was at our fingertips - cooking utensils, grilling tools! We were relaxed and comfortable. I left a valuable item at checkout and the 30A staff (Erin) quickly located it and returned it to me. The customer service was phenomenal. We will definitely book again!

The house is beautifully decorated. The open floor plan downstairs was wonderful for having our large extended family over for dinners.

Our stay at the Turquoise Turtle was AMAZING! The house was beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings that made me feel like I was staying at a Luxury 5 star hotel...but better. I really liked the layout of the house with every bedroom having their own bathroom, and the laundry room located on the second floor. The kids loved sleeping in the cute bunk room!

The property management company was prompt with responses to the questions we had, and they reached out to us to see how our stay was going throughout the week.

I think the thing that stands out to me the most about this home, as opposed to others in the Seacrest neighborhood, is the location. This home is located at the back of the neighborhood and it backs up to a preserve. We would sit on the front porch when we wanted to see people walking by, or we would sit on the back patio when we wanted some privacy. The streets were not as busy at the back of the neighborhood. The driveway was spacious enough for us to play cornhole and watch the kids ride bikes in the evening. Also, the beach tram station was right on the corner so some days we took that, but most days we just did the short walk to the beach. We plan on returning to the Turquoise Turtle many times!

Beautiful place that exceeded our expectations. The 30A staff was responsive and cordial even in light of the craziness of the Coronavirus. It was the perfect place to self quarantine and enjoy the family. We hope to be back soon,

Our rental experience was amazing! from the booking process through our stay and even after check-out. No detail was overlooked! The cottage was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We will definitely be back.
