Had a reunion w friends traveling from Alaska, Wyoming, Chicago, California and Augusta. The house was absolutely perfect. We had six couples. It’s difficult to find 6 separate rooms. Most have 5 w bunk or pull out. Amazing view. Beach accessed w own stairs. Great kitchen-had 2 meals performed by Chef JoJo. Short walk or ride to Rosemary and Alys. What a memorable experience! Our crew loved it!

We had an amazing time staying at the Villa at Sandy Shores. The views are incredible from morning through the evening. Having the private beach is amazing! The home was very clean upon arrival, but there are some areas that could be freshened up, especially the grill and outdoor patio area. The home has all the necessities and is close to everything with so many great places to dine. A couple of things: it would have been nice to have better ping pong equipment to play with, but definitely not a deal breaker. The A/V system was tough to use and my husband is very technologically savvy, as this is our line of work, so that was a struggle. Definitely could use an upgrade especially with sound and ease of use of the system, as well as access to SmartTVs with more channel options in all rooms. We definitely wished there would have been a TV outdoors on one of the floors. A final thing to note is that the pool and spa jets do not run all day. Everything is on a timer, so if this is something you want to use throughout your stay, it only runs for set times. Overall we loved our time and would definitely return!

Our beautiful rental property, Villa Sandy Shores, was ready upon arrival! We were grateful to find it clean and cool. The layout was perfect for our family. The AC did require adjusting for our needs but that was taken care of in good timing which we really appreciated. Because of all that, we will return.

Hi. On a whole it was lovely but I do want the owners to know that for this pricepoint they need to take some time to fix some things up.
The hot tub needs repair as does the flooring around the pool.
You can’t close the window treatments in the master bedroom. They stick and half of them are off the pins so they can’t close. Very difficult to maneuver.

The home was very clean, well maintained and in a great location. Shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. The private beach limited the number of people on the beach which was great for our family. Very relaxing trip.

Beautiful house- cannot beat the views and convenience to the beach. Very private- beautifully decorated home. We had 4 families on our trip and the house was so spacious and well designed it felt like we all had a private experience. We loved the pool- and the kitchen opens up to a deck with million dollar views and sounds of the gulf. This has been our favorite house to rent on 30A by far!

If you want a property that is right on the sand this is your house! It was so beautiful. Sandy Shores has a dedicated area on the beach and they are great kicking people out that try to put their chairs there. The first floor has a ping pong table and easy access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. It was so nice to be able to run back up to the house if we needed anything. We didn't have to pack a huge bag and carry it up and down the beach. The furnishings are so pretty. The views are absolutely amazing. You can see the beach and ocean for miles and miles. The master bedroom did get a little warm at night but that it is probably our error. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. 30A Luxury were so wonderful to work with. They were so kind. In fact, we had a small issue with our beach chairs the first day and the owner of 30A called me personally on the weekend and fixed our issue. He even offered to go buy chairs and bring them if we needed them. That is incredible customer service. We plan on coming back in August and will rent this beautiful home again if it is available. Location is also perfect. This home is located in a small gated community. 2 minute bike ride to the left takes you to Alys Beach. 2 minutes to the right takes you to Rosemary Beach. This home is spectacular and 30 A is an amazing company to work with.
