Designed by an award-winning architect, we invite you to enjoy the calm, soothing atmosphere of their sleek, modern home. This house is just a two minute bike ride along the path to the spectacular, unspoiled white sandy beaches of Rosemary Beach. It is also just a few short blocks to Rosemary’s four private pools, playground, tennis courts, spa, restaurants, and shops.

This house is excellent for a large family, two families, a group of friends, or a business retreat. It has a master suite with a king bed/private bath/balcony, a first guest room with king & a second guest room with queen & shared bath, and a loft that sleeps an additional four-six people. Even with a full house, the large patio/pool area plus the almost one thousand square feet of spacious outdoor porches and balconies give this cottage ample places to relax, read, entertain, sunbathe, or escape.

It has a large front porch with a bubbling fountain at the end, and it overlooks a lawn, an excellent place for bocce. Also, there is a large covered wooden balcony above, which is off the front master; plus, a large sun deck overlooking the pool is off the back master.

The interior offers an atmosphere of light, glass, limestone, and wood. The 1st floor is an open plan combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The large living room doors fold back, making an open flow from the front porch to the pool/patio area.

Great house with a contemporary look and furnishings. Great location around the corner from Barret Square. The private pool is a definite plus. Minor wear and tear showing. Property management company was super professional.

We loved our stay here! The rental was spacious and so conveniently located, which we loved. You're right next to the main square, so you can walk anywhere you need. Very clean and well furnished! And the master shower is very fun! We loved the heated outdoor pool and dining area! Would definitely return! Only negative was with the open floor plan and all the wood floors/walls, sound reverberates between the floors very easily (kids lol), and the pool alarm on nearly all the exterior doors was annoying (can't open without pressing a button/can't leave open). Our friends from Florida who stayed with us said they've never heard of it, despite the rental saying it's state law.

I just want to give the entire staff at Luxury Vacations a job well done. I have vacationed the last 3 years through Luxury and by far has been the best experience. The staff is friendly, informative and always responsive. The cottage was perfect size with a fantastic pool for the family to enjoy. Best vacation ever. We have been to 30A a couple of times, but never stayed in Rosemary Beach, it was perfect for our family, as our children are ages 20, 25, and 28.
this property was the perfect location, steps from the square and easy to get to the beach. The house is really fun, clean and well stocked. the second floor shared bath is a little bit odd, would be tough for 2 couples to share, but not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend this home and the service we received from the rental company was wonderful!

I love architecture and love the open concept and modern look of this house. We had an amazing vacation and the pool was used from morning until night by our kids. 30A Luxury made everything so easy from booking, to check-in, to check-out. You just text them questions and they responded immediately. We has one small request during our stay and it was handled in 10 minutes...that's service! Thank you and we'll be back soon!

Four adults and four kids stayed for a week over spring break. There was plenty of room for everyone including two king beds and s separate room for the kids. The area had walkable or bike-able shops, restaurants and beaches. Also super quiet inside the house even with the spring break fraternities staying next door.

My only criticism are the limitations of essentials. You are only allocated one trash bag per day, one dishwasher pod per day and one laundry pod per day. Seems like a nice house that sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids would not want to limit your ability to keep the place clean. So in addition to over 10k for the week we rationed or purchased trash bags and laundry pods. We did have one issue with the internet too but that was fixed that same day so we certainly appreciated that.

We had a wonderful stay at Astley Cottage! It was perfect with 3 boys and the bunk area. The kitchen was well stocked and the home felt clean. The home is in such a great location, this is our 2nd stay at Astley and we wouldn't hesitate to rent again. I would recommend some new pillows in the master though. But all in all a great and perfect stay!!

The Astley cottage was lovely in every aspect. This cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. There is a beautiful modern pool, bikes are included, shopping and restaurants are just a quick walk away, comfy beds and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We had a great girlfriends long weekend at Astley Cottage. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the house was fantastic. The location and proximity to the shops and beach was perfect!

We had a wonderful time staying at Astley Cottage for Spring Break 2021. The house and pool where beautiful and worked great for us and our extended family. The location was perfect close to the center of town and an easy walk to beach. Pool was perfect to hang out in all day. Home is as pictured and very clean however it is showing signs of wear. We had a couple minor issues with the home and the rental app worked great to get a quick response and repair. Rental company was very helpful and friendly. Rosemary Beach was beautiful and so cool to walk and enjoy the great neighborhood. Would highly recommend this home.

Perfect option for a 30A stay. The house was comfortable and the pool was a nice addition. Easy to walk everywhere and nice modern aesthetic. The property management company was the best we have used in Rosemary Beach, they were super responsive and managed expectations beautifully. I would use them again

We loved our stay at this beautiful home and were sad when it ended! We were there for an extended period of time and it was everything and more. The house has a wonderful feel to it — really unique details and just a cool vibe throughout. It doesn’t feel like a rental property but more someone’s home in a great way. The art is cool and the kitchen is really well appointed. There are a lot of things there that doesn’t necessarily need to be but that you are so happy to find in a kitchen. We really appreciated this as people who like to cook. The outdoor area is awesome, too. Roxxy at the rental company was always helpful and responsive. Anytime we needed anything at all, it was immediately addressed. They went above and beyond. We will be back and we will look to rent this same house again!

This was a wonderful and much needed vacation. We have been coming down for thanksgiving for the past 6 years but this was the first time we had our family meet us down there. This house was great for multiple families. Lots of space. The kitchen is equipped nicely and the pool was the best part of course. I would recommend this home !

We rented Astley a long weekend birthday celebration. It was the perfect location in Rosemary. Close to everything, short walk to the beach. While our check-out time was pushed back, it was totally understandable given current COVID guidelines. When we were able to check-in, the house was spotless. It came stocked with amenities, as well as a well-stocked kitchen supplies. Management was super attentive and came out to fix a door jamb. We had an amazing time, thank you for making it a seamless and perfect weekend stay in Rosemary.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, well equipped, great open layout and the best location with a 5 min scenic walk to the beach. We rode the bikes proved everywhere and enjoyed the pool and outdoor dining! The rooms and beds were comfy and the outdoor spaces throughout this home were fabulous! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone A couple minor things would be that the lighting is great but it would’ve helped to have the switches labeled. Lots of light switches. The only downfall to the pool is the alarm that goes off after 10 sec if you leave the door open. It is ear piercing. This is state law so we got used to it but with no young kids, it was a bit annoying. Overall this house is fantastic and the location is excellent. Close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at the Astley Cottage, but we did run into some issues. When we first got there, the pool was dirty and full of leaves and acorns. Someone eventually came to clean it but not until the next day. The toilet on the 3rd floor was not working when we arrived, so someone had to come replace a valve for it to flush. Furthermore, the air condition was not working on the 3rd floor, and it was very hot for guests sleeping up there. For each issue, someone did come out immediately to fix the problem. In conclusion, it was a fun house in a great location of Rosemary.

We absolutely loved Astley cottage! It was everything we had hoped for. We had a few maintenance issues and they were handled incredibly prompt and with excellent customer service. All questions were answered super quick, even after hours. The house was clean and what we expected! We’ve rented through other companies with nothing near this customer service. Chris with 30a luxury was incredible and we rent through them again!!! N

Favorite house in Rosemary

We have stayed in Rosemary for 11 years and this was our favorite house so far.
We had mix of three
sibling families with older kids 12-21.
It is hard to find a house without bunk beds for older kids and although this one has bunk beds it also has full beds below.
Great location to town -close but no noise from main street and easy walk or ride to beach.
I would discourage those with very young children because the pool alarm is great protection but if you have younger kids going in/out all day it will get annoying. Even one of our teenagers couldn’t remember to hit the button.
The pool is great size to play around or float and beach was closed for 2 days when we were there but we swam and had a grand time.
The TV downstairs is loud due to the acoustics of the house the sound carries but again not a problem for us because we didn’t watch much and kids have their devices. The patios provide a lot of privacy if you need it.

Our family of six absolutely loved Astley Cottage. It was more than large enough for us. We could have easily brought another family. The pool was an absolute game changer for us. This isn't just a sitting pool. Our rowdy bunch wore it out every day with Marco Polo, dive toys, and just floating around every single day. They home is laid out well with a very comfortable living room, perfect for movie watching and family game night. The kitchen is well equipped, and the Bull grill in the back is perfect for cooking in while you are there. The beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed.

We love this location. Perfect for bike riding and quick walks to pools and restaurants. Walkover F is a straight shot across 30a. Even lugging my big beach cart, I was there in five minutes.

Chris and his team were wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation staying at the Astley Cottage. The house is in a great location to walk anywhere in Rosemary Beach & Seacrest. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room. Our boys loved sleeping in the loft area. We had the pool heated during our stay & it was worth every penny!! The kitchen is well equipped. Easy access to the beach with a short walk through Rosemary. The property management company was easy to talk to & quick to respond to questions we had. We love this area of 30a. We will definitely be back!

We love Rosemary and have been coming for 15 years and have stayed in many properties and rented from several property managers as well as owners directly. I have to say Chris and his team at 30A Luxury Vacations really take it up a notch. They are proactive, check on you during your stay (which is rare) and respond to any issue or request immediately and keep post informed all along the way. I can't speak highly enough about the company and this home is one of the coolest I've stayed in Rosemary. We'll be back and are only using 30A Luxury going forward. Thank you from my whole family!

Stayed @ Astley cottage w/ my grown sons, their wives, & my grandkids. We loved it!! Very spacious, uber modern, nicely furnished.

very good experience overall. The house location is fantastic and easy to get to all of the main activities within Rosemary Beach. My only two complaints would be the inability to adjust the air conditioning upstairs and all of the bed mattresses need to be upgraded...very poor sleeping for all of us. But, we loved the house and would recommend.

Our maintenance staff has installed new thermostats in this home. The previous thermostats had a temperature range to prevent the HVAC components from freezing if set too low. The bedding is brand new as of this year; we also understand that every guest's level of sleeping comfort is different.
