Description

The Belize Cottage is reminiscent of a Mediterranean-style villa with white plaster walls and ceilings above exposed log beams. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open, and can accommodate several conversation groups simultaneously. The space extends outdoors onto a covered dining area, which looks down onto a fountain terrace, which itself is surrounded by a tropical garden. A covered balcony off the main bedroom upstairs extends the full width of the house, and affords a view of the tree-lined boardwalk to the Eastern Green. Two other balconies overlook the garden below. You'll love the ambiance!

Need a little more space? Check out the Belize Carriage House, located above the garage in the courtyard. Rents separately.

I loved the location! So close to beach and pool.
Loved the front porch and grounds. I would make some suggestions for improvements. Put a king bed in the Master, put TV’s in the other bedrooms.
It was wonderful week at the beach!

Very nice if you enjoy a lot of outdoor sitting areas.
Need to alert visitors about lighting dimmers and how they operate prior to their stay. Will stay again.

Great location! Beautiful decor! It had everything we needed. Great outdoor sitting area with a swing and a relaxing water feature. The management was very responsive and easy to work with. The only thing that could be a little bit better was more comfortable mattresses and potentially upgrade to a king in the primary bedroom. Also, the main shower could use a deep clean. Would definitely stay here again:-)

Very convenient, provided bikes if you didn’t want to walk. Clean, well maintained house and quiet. Close to all amenities. Provided one side of a garage for parking, which is at a premium, but you’d better have a small car! Restaurants were good overall. Pools well maintained. Not a lot of living space, but lovely outdoor space.

This was our 2nd stay at Belize and we love the outdoor spaces and location! I would like to let someone know the TV in the master bedroom does not work though- turns on but can't change channels.

This home was beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Tucked away with a shaded relaxing porch and balcony, we were even able to enjoy the rainy day we had there. The perfect location just a block from the beach and a short bike ride to all the cute shops and restaurants. Rosemary did not disappoint and this home away from home made our vacation all the more special.

This house is in a great location. Close to beach and shops. One unique item- the large porch allowed us to have family dinners outside. While other houses have decks and balconies, this house seemed to one of the largest outside areas. It was perfect for visiting and to have dinner. That was a great feature.

We're a family of 5 from Houston, and had a wonderful stay at Belize Cottage. First time to Rosemary. The house itself is great. We particularly loved the downstairs covered porch for outdoor dinners, and the upstairs porch for relaxing. Location is fantastic. Quiet corner of town, only a few houses from the pool, and an easy walk to the beach walkovers, playground, and Main St.
Unfortunately we had a dead car battery on the trip, and the management company did a fantastic job replacing it for us! Really appreciated the help while traveling away home.
FYI for anyone arriving with a large car, our ~201.6" long SUV fit in the garage with a only couple inches clearance, but a number of other SUVs in the area didn't fit in garages and were parked in the street.
We can't wait to go back. Fantastic place.

Belize is the perfect place to stay if you are vacationing at Rosemary Beach. Steps away from the pool and ocean, shopping and tennis courts! The house is beautifully decorated and being on a corner lot gives you extra privacy. There is a guest house above the garage which was rented by others but they were great! Definitely rent a small car because the garage is tiny and street parking can be a hassle!

This has by far been our favorite stay in Rosemary Beach. You cannot beat the location, so close to the Coquina Pool and less than 5 minutes to the sand. After walking around and looking at other homes, we are sure this house has the best outdoor spaces. We did not use the garage parking as our large SUV was to tight a fit to take our chances. Street parking was just fine and was right next to the home. We hope to visit again in the future!

All general info was expected to be obtained through the app — I chose not to download. A good old fashioned guest book would have been extremely welcome.

Really great location for the pool and the beach! It was very clean and comfortable to stay in, the laundry room being upstairs was very convenient also. Overall great place to stay at for 4 to 6 people.

One of the best rentals properties we’ve stayed at. Very clean kitchen well stocked. No complaints except We went on New Years Day which was pretty cold and we wanted to use the fireplace but it didn’t work.
Called the mgmt company where she said the owner blocked the gas line and she’d give us a credit but we never received one.

For over a decade I have enjoyed vacations at many locations on "30 A". Our stay in Rosemary Beach at Belize Cottage and Carriage House was the most outstanding ever! The accommodations in terms of location, architectural design including lovely porches, appointments, kitchen and other amenities were excellent. The ease of check-in and check-out and descriptive local suggestions under 30A Luxury Vacations was super. I plan to return and would definitely recommend Belize and 30A Luxury Vacations to my friends.

From start to finish our stay was lovely! It was only my husband and I so the house was very comfortable. Cabinets were stocked nicely and we LOVED the location! So close to everything. We parked our car upon arrival and used the bikes the entire week. Both porches were nice to sit on each morning and night.

My family and I call Villa Belize our home away from home. It's such a beautiful place, location is ideal. Lee, the owner is so pleasant, and always accommodating. My family stayed at Belize Cottage in June. The owners happened to be onsite during part of our stay. Lee & Judy were extremely pleasant and helpful. They wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable for us. We had an issue with the smart TV remote & they contacted the management company immediately for us who promptly brought an Apple TV for us to use during our stay. The home was so relaxing & inviting. We enjoyed our week there. It had everything that we needed. We loved it & hope to return to their home again!
